In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for quitting the game while restrained but my reason for leaving was I was finishing my shift as a mechanic and someone asked me to stay there a second being new to RP I was eager to help or learn from them then they restrained me and put me in their car I asked why I was being kidnapped I was informed its because I looked weird then driven to a carpark and told if I comply I survive I stated I do not wish to comply (I was tired and trying to get off to bed) IRL I was then stabbed and ran over and left in a parking structure out of range of any players to hear me shout so I quit out to go to sleep and came back today to finish my “death” and carry on learning to find I was banned I do understand this was wrong now. I was not aware I would be breaking that rule last night as I said I was new to the experience and am still learning and trying to make my way in the world of RP I apologize for this and hope that my perma ban can be reduced to a shorter ban due to my inexperience in that world.

Why should we unban you ?: I wish my ban to be overturned due to inexperience and still learning my account was less than 1 week old.

Afternoon @Anonymous Tamarin, I hope all is well!

I do appreciate you were/are still new to the server however, when you create your character you are prompted to tick confirming you've read the server rules.

My first question is, why has it taken for you to receive a ban to then go ahead and read those rules which you have already had a chance to do?

I have a visual imparement that makes reading difficult if this is an issue i have not problem with you removing my account from the website. but i should not have to explain myself in a public forum. 

it does not seem that me being dumped and then ran over out of ear shot of anyone after being tied up has been taken into account. i didnt not see the point in sitting there waiting while i was not going to be heard when i tried to complete the penalty the next day i was not going to be heard "shouting" and i couldnt call nhs while i was there.

The explanation you've provided regarding your disability is plenty, and requires no further explanation - We are now aware that reading is difficult, and will not time-out the appeal within the same timeframe as we otherwise would, but allow for extra time to read our responses as well as write up yours. 

I'm sure you're aware, many web-browsers offer built-in tools such as 'Text-To-Speech' - if you aren't using this, it might be worth giving it a try!

As per the rule-break at hand, I fully understand and take into account what you've written regarding being 'hopelessly dumped out of reach of anybody', this does however not mitigate the circumstances nor exempt anybody from logging out whilst incapacitated without following the correct procedure beforehand! 

Our server is not a prison, and if you truly must leave during an active RP scenario, or for example while incapacitated, all you need to do is two simple things:
1) Reach out to, and inform, those involved. (Via OOC Chat or our Discord / TeamSpeak channels)
2) Open a Discord Ticket, informing staff that you must disconnect. 

Now, with the above in mind - please answer the question @Danoo asked;

why has it taken for you to receive a ban to then go ahead and read those rules which you have already had a chance to do?

As i answered the question im not in the habit of answering it again and again. please close my account. and remove all my data from your records.

I have looked at deleting my own account but i do not see the option.
