Unable to use house garage

I am now unable to use my house garage, house 848. I haven't logged on in a little while as this character so cant pinpoint when I started not being able to use this garage but I have used it this month, video attached shows the problem let me know if you need anything else from me?

Hi @Duke of Sussexyes I am still unable to access this garage, I dont know if this is related but I have noticed that there has been an automated gate added to the area which wasnt there when I could last get my cars out?
