Unable to spawn vehicle / Missing vehicle

I have been unable to spawn my 1965 Mustang for a while. When I try to pull it out it says the car has been retrieved however the vehicle has not been spawned as seen here.

It also shows up as Null however that is not my main concern.

Number plate: HLBO 031

Model: 1965 Mustang Gen 1

@Antollymecould assist. We're also implementing a new check that makes sure the vehicle isn't missing from the server files.
