Unable to drag people out of vehicles

When another player is in a vehicle you don't seem to be able to drag them out unless we were doing something wrong. Tried F and Hold F but it just tries to put you into the passenger seat. Not a huge issue but when someone steals your vehicle its annoying because you can't do anything to counter it

Unintentionally found out you  can drag people out a vehicle you have to hold F from the front osssengxr side where you will jump in a push them out

Is this as civilian or are you on about a whitelisted group / job?

Civillian. Noticed when someone stole my car couldn't drag them out but later found out you can from passenger side by holding F

Civilans don't have additional functionality to pullout other than the core GTA pullout at the minute.
