Unable to access garage

The icons to access the garage don't show anymore. Same for the hangar and the ATM. But I stil get access to the market and shops.
First time i played since a couple months and this happend. Any idea for a fix?

May have bugged out - relog/ restart game should fix it

Already did that several times. I even tried reinstalling the game. Nothing works..
