In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
It all started when I accidentally shot someone that was located inside the green zone, obviously, I wasn't in the green zone myself. The thing is... I intended to shoot someone else(role play) but "miss clicked"/"miss shot" so the bullet hit the innocent player. As the "action" kept on, I didn't really care more than laughing about it. Later on, when I read the rules, especially the ones I violated, I realized why I was banned, and that it was a mistake.

Why should we unban you ?
The reason why I think you should unban me is because I think that I didn't get a fair punishment, even if would be aware of all the rules I wouldn't be able to "stop" my mistake. If I knew the rules, the only difference would be that I would probably report what happened, to an admin, and take contact with the affected(and innocent) person. I am an honest person, (at least I try) so I guess it is worth mentioning that I have applied a few times before but had them denied because of the "inactivity" after an admin replies. This sever actually means a lot to me, I am not giving up on this easily, so I hope this shows that I am serious with this. I never understood the rule "inactivity" rule until it affected me on previous posts, my english is not the best, but now I got my friend to help me understand everything. Lastly.... I really want to get back on the roads with my truck, I really miss it, and all kinds of people you meet at Kavala, it is just as exiting each time I enter that city. I really hope that I can get back. By me playing on the server, I get to improve my english WHILE having fun

Please explain this misunderstanding on this post. Reason for this is there is not a set Staff member who looks at this; it's who ever done appeals at the time.

Can you also please quote and explain the rules you have broken in your own words?

Hi, thank you for replying! I am currently at work while im writing this so sorry if anything looks weird. After some time, I finally understand what you mean with the part you quoted. I found out where that comment came from initially(my previous, and stupid post). After some research, this now makes sense to me, the is not a "missunderstanding" anymore. The problem was just that I was not familiar with the system so I never saw(or noticed), that someone replied on my post. But I finally figured all that out(Im stupid... I know) I will try to not let the panic control me anymore. Now it's all up the staff. I respect the decision of the staff according this appeal. I hope you will give me a fair chance to get back on your server.

The rule I broke: [SIZE=medium](6.1) You are unable to kill anyone in a green or blue zone (Punishment is a ban)[/SIZE]

Own explanation of the rule: I am not allowed to kill anyone inside a green or blue zone. If I do so, I am going to get punished by getting banned. This also applies to my situation. Anyone who is located inside the green or blue zone cannot be killed(you can, but you're not allowed), even if I am outside  any of the zones(green or blue) the player inside cannot be killed.

After you killed the guy, i'm reading that you just drove away, if you knew that you broke a rule why didn't you go up to him apologize and perhaps even speak to staff about it who at the time banned u since you drove off?

The reason why I just "drove off" was because I never knew the rules at that time. Later on, when I read the rules, I realized, AND understood why I was banned. So to sum it up. I accidentally shot the player, left without "caring" and later I realized why I was banned because I read the rules.
