Why should we unban you ?
It was never my intention to offend or trigger anyone, I only did it because the name of the character I had at that time was the same and I thought that it would sound funny If someone asks me in game " whats your name" and I respond " im notbinladen". To be honest I never expected someone to have a problem with that considering that people talk in game about stuff like Auschwitz, nazis and isis without caring too much.

Yes, I was banned in game for breaking RP, along side with Tim Baker and GRAMaxim. The reason we all broke character was due to me being unable to join them in teamspeak to discuss the situation. My friend John Morgan was also there and he made an appeal on my behalf to address that ban.

You have more than 150 hours on the server and still cannot follow simple rules.

find the rule you broke and quote it to us, then explain the rule in your own words and then explain why we have that rule in place

 
About the TS ban. (1.7) As a roleplay game every situation is different and not everything can be detailed within these rules and so it is important to remember this is an adult community and some things simply come down to common sense. Things like the following; do not swear at people (out of roleplay), troll people, or bully people otherwise you will simply be banned from our servers.

Well its pretty much straight forward, the rule basically says that you should not behave like a child or be a dick. If that rule was not in place things could get out of hand and make the community toxic.

About the ban on the server. (2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members.

Basically it sais that you should only break character using the " // " in direct chat, only to resolve the issue and only when the other guy is not on the forums or teamspeak. Breaking character in any other way is not allowed. If that rule was not in place, in every dispute there would be people yelling " reported mate" or something along these lines and that would ruin the immersion for those that want to RP.

 
Why did you decide to break these rules?

 
First of all I want to talk about breaking the rule 1.7 .

That day I had just make a new character in arma, I joined the server, played for a while and after I met some people in kavala we talked about making a gang. they asked me to join ts and so i did. I used the same name both in game and in teamspeak just so they dont get confused about how to call me since we were only playing together for about 10 mins. when we reached 5 people we joined the waiting for staff room in order to get going with having a channel created for us. It was then that I got banned from the server. Reason given was 1.6. at that point I called in game for an admin and asked what part of the rule 1.6 I broke. I got a reply , I think from CSI White something that said common sense. When I tried to join ts again the message changed to 1.7 instead. As I said on the beginning of my appeal, It was never my intention to offend or trigger anyone, I only did it because the name of the character I had at that time was the same and I thought that it would sound funny If someone asks me in game " whats your name" and I respond " im notbinladen". It was a stupid mistake.

Now about the rule 2.8. 

As it is described on the report of James Anderson aka Tim Baker, we got in a questionable situation after a series of events. Long story short he asked me to join him on his radio frequency so we can talk. I responded that this is not possible since my radio is banned from accessing  these kind of frequencies or something along these lines. I guess both of us were kind of lazy to spam the direct chat with occ messages at 4 o'clock in the morning so we used occ in voice. It was a mistake that I believe it was mostly my fault. Had i not been banned in teamspeak for my immature behavior, both he and I would still being enjoying our time in the server. I sincerely apologize for breaking character and if you give me a chance I can say with confidence that under any circumstances will I break character or break any other rules.

 
What concerns me is you have had multiple warnings for RDM and then breaking and continued to break rules, leading to your in game ban in addition to your TS ban.

This does nothing to convince us that you have any respect for the rules, or you just dont know any of them.

What can you do to convince us that you will follow rules should you be unbanned?

 
Well as a start Its been half a month since my ban, I had plenty of time to read the rules and understand them. I do not wish to even think of breaking the rules again knowing that I will have to make an appeal and stay out of the game for so long. Having said that, all I can do is ask for a second chance. I dont know if it is possible to be monitored somehow in game, but It would be a good way of proving that I am serious about what I say and that I keep my word.

 
So whilst this unban was going on, you broke yet another rule:

(15.5) Using status updates to talk about or discuss bans will first lead to a warning point then if that continues a second warning point with a 7 day posting restriction.

You seem to have forgotten that there is no timeframe for your appeal - something that you agreed to when you submitted this appeal.

It seems very clear to me that you have not read the rules properly, otherwise you would not have used a status update to talk about your unban appeal. You are quite right when you said the following:

Which begs the question as to why you haven't used that time to read or understand the rules?

You have given me no reason to trust you, or give you any form of second chance. Quite frankly, I don't like that fact that you've tried to deceive us into making us think that you had any sort of remorse for your actions, or learnt from them.
