No Mic and going back to a Hemet after i died.

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
First i need to say. It was my younger brother who played the game at this point. 14 years old and was sick, so i lended him my computer while i was at work. But that is no excuse for bad role playing.

I got banned because my account broke serveral rules such as ''No Mic'' the rule about u dont know what happend after u respawn. My brother Niklas also told me he got a warning of logging of until his microphone works. but he didnt... so i understand why Admin banned my account...

Why should we unban you ?
I think u should unban my account because i really like playing role play on your server (the only server i wanna play on).
Ill also from know on not letting anything els then myself play the game.
I hope that u can see that im sad about what has happend to my account.. and that i wont happen again i promiss!.

If u decide that i cannot get unbanned i will begin to cry i think.. but at the same time i will understand. But i hope u guys will give me ONE chance for making this right.

So you had no Mic, despite being spoken to by staff and getting told to log out you continued to stay on the server and break more rules? why?

Thanks for answering so quick on my appeal Robbie. 

(i did not know it was an admin i was talking to.           Before he put on his tron suit the next time we met at Copper trader)

Because i was afraid of losing my hemet boxer, I used a lot of hours trying make cash for the truck. at that time i was a hobo, i did not have a clan, only truck boxer and i allways got robbed, when i finally got the hemet boxer it felt great!
So i was afraid that it would be scrap metal for the other gang. So i went from kavala to the trader and lay down on the grass 300-500 meters away from the hemet waiting for them to be done with it. (hoping they would just leave it their). 
Then someone told me to stand up, and here the admin changes his rebel cloth to tron and teleported me away and banned me. 

as i see i broke 2 rules.   
(3.3) Microphones Required - Roleplay UK operates microphone only servers, If you do not have a microphone then unfortunately this is not the community for you. Quality roleplay can only be achieved with a microphone. As such, anyone caught on our servers using direct chat to type or RP will be warned/kicked and if they come back and proceed to not use a microphone, they will be issued with a ban (Punishment kick/ban).

Same day i bought some a new headset with microphone. but yeah that was to late. 


(5.3) When you respawn:
Your character does not remember where any of its vehicles outside the garage are.

I broke the rule because i was afraid of all my time spending on that hemet would disappear. (no excuse),
 

but stil no exuse for roleplaying without an mic. I'm really really sorry.. i've learned my leason i will never log on again if i do not have a mic around me again. i Swear. Pls forgive me.

I like the effort put in here, I really do. This ban WILL count on record as it is still YOUR fault.
