I have belief that I was banned for this reason due to me getting banned at this time and no other reports have been cased and no one has told me otherwise;

In this video you will find one situation that my gang was attempting to Rob and Take hostage two very armed officers of Altis just outside of Telos, in the whole situation my gang was stopped by the officers and RP was started from both parties in the situation I hear over communications due to the officers not removing any communications of my gang, as I drove to the gangs location I noticed they had be stopped and RP was initiated my friend asked my to get out of the car with my weapon drew which I did, the next thing that happened I understand wasn't the smartest choice of actions, I simply knocked out the officer without saying a word, at the time I don't know what I was thinking or why I did it but all that was going through my mind was this officer has a very large rifle and a taser which he could intentionally use to stop me if I don't act fast enough due to me doing this I have understanding that this wasn't the smartest move to make due to the lack of RP in this one off situation which I was unfortunately did. The intentions of knocking out the officer was to gain control of the situation therefor my gang restrained the officer in Zip-ties.

What happened after that situation with knocking out the officer was completely within reason the second officer restrained a gang member I proceeded to move to a strategic location to hurt or even to kill the second officer due to the officer having his large rifle drawn at this time marked at 1:58 in the video, in this situation the officer simply didn't comply with my gang and open fired on one badly killing him so I shot this officer within full right to do so.

Why should we unban you ?
I strongly believe that yes my first incident with the first officer was completely my fault and I take full responsibility for the actions which I took during this time, I am a firm believer that we all learn from our mistakes and this was a mistake that I have fully learned from and honestly and truly promise will never happen again, I have had some of my best times and role-play situations on the server and I would truly be grateful to keep having the amazing experiences time and time again, I enjoy every situation no matter how short or long it lasts every moment to me I hold close.
I truly and honestly will never RP bad like this again this was one of them nights that truly I hate having because it affects me badly in RP. I am sorry to everyone for this RP and I promise it will never happen again and I truly mean that from the bottom of my heart.

This fella gave some Poor RP to the cop seen in the video.

Also, the group I banned another fella from the same group who shot a guy after a 5-second countdown that was a 2-second countdown and the guy was most likely AFK.

Im uploading that incident right now if you want me to explain what happened before the video is up I would gladly explain it to you just while the upload is getting done shouldnt take to long maybe like 40mins or so since i got really slow upload speeds :( if you could talk on TS it would be easily explained thanks

2:58 I first approach the guy I shot

 He complied with everything I asked him for 

4:20 Guy threatens me

The guy states that he has buddies and if they see me holding him up like that I will be dead I leave the situation after he states this quote 

4:58 Guy runs over to my gang 

My gang starts to shout someone at me car someone at my car it was the guy that I had just recently robbed, I shout to him Stay away if he comes any closer he is getting shot but no shots was fired at this point

5:08 Guy pulls pistol out

And proceeds to chase me down after me warning him

5:40 Gang calls out random guy in front of gas station

This random guy was the guy that I robbed and was chasing me with his pistol out he stood outside of the gas station for a while my gang leader told us to tell him to leave or shoot him since we were actually robbing the gas station at this time, during this time I say multiple times tell him to leave tell him to leave. My gang leader then states the guy hasn't left so we should kill him.

6:09 I tell him to get away from the gas station or he will be shot I say this 3 times. I gave the guy more than 10 seconds to reply. 

6:33 I killed him. It was his fault not replying and in the chat in the bottom left he says Please Help which could of been to anyone but we gave him direct instructions to follow and he didn't. After all this had happened he then started saying that it was RDM in chat and that he was going to take it to the forums which he was told by everyone he was not allowed to talk about the forums in the side chat or if he was going to report anyone after that, that was the last time I ever heard of him.

Clearly in this RP could have been a lot better but all an any RP could always have improvements on this RP situation was Clear and straight to the point I made my intentions clear and it was his fault for not following what had been instructed.

I have reviewed the ban and the ban seems fair.

Noting that you have 2 previous bans I have been advised by one of the previous banning staff, that I am not to unban you.
