In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
the reason i have been banned was because a player in my group shot a police officer during a prison break. and since i was at the scene the admin banned me and the others who were there.

Why should we unban you ?
i think i should be unbanned because i have not commited a RDM nor did i do anything illegal. at the time of the incident i was waiting in the helicopter as our escape pilot. when the admin came in i tried to ask what was going on and why he detained me and i got banned as a reply.

I would doubt that you would be banned when you haven't broken any rules , so @Ramcan you explain what you saw please?

There are two bans on record. One has been appealed and you have been unbanned for it,

2) 15th of September, part of a Mass-RDM group.

So, you are back on the appeal page within a month and a few days after being unbanned. Not looking good there.

Now, mistakes do happen. But I refuse to believe that Ram banned you while you were not part of the events. You say yourself you were on the scene when this happened. This means you must have given @Ramsufficient reason to believe you are indeed involved and responsible for the breach of our rules.

So, want to try again and explain us how it is possible that our ingame staff team was convinced you were part of the rule break in quesion while you say this is not the case?

some background info about this. the person who shot the initial cop was a new player named This is not fluxah just look at his playtime. i sit in the pilot seat until there are bullets flying from both sides. then i loot a body and give suppressing fire so i dont get shot in the back when going back to the heli. also my mic didnt record for some reason nothing i can do about that now.

Preformed a jail break. with no roleplay at all opend fire at the police. and killed multiple officers. including myself. i then teleported back to prison with my admin suit + godmode and restrained everyone that was involved with this rdm. and one of them kept trying to shoot me when i had my admin suit on. even after he realized that im an admin which is why everyone who was involved in this situation and used his firearm against police were banned.
You were all fully aware that one of your guys, shoot the police with no rp and you decided participate in the "RDM firefight"
