In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I believe i was banned duo to a miss understanding. We had just been arrested for kidnapping hostages and as i paid my fine in kavala to officer ECHO or Endo i think his name is, I ran towards the clothes shop, as this happened a person called SKALMAN opened fire on the officers. One of the officers died (i think endo) and the other officer CSO James remained alive. I picked up Endos gun and as you pick up a gun it goes straight into your hands. I didnt want the PCO to shoot me so i told him to put up his hands and he did. At this point in time my friend had got in his car and shouted "Get in the car" i ran to the car and for some reason CSO James had gotten into the car too, bare in mind i hadnt said anything to him and it was my friend saying get in the car. At this point i say in Vehicle chat, "james whyd you get in the car" (or something to that effect)  as we drove off. we got over the bridge, my friend stopped the car and let him out of the car. We had just had an altercation with him and Endo and had already roleplayed and cleared that up. We didnt want anything to do with him and skalmans fight we just wanted to get to safety.

Why should we unban you.
As i said i think the ban was a miss understanding and i wish i was filming a youtube video at the time as you couldve clearly seen what happened. If anything previously during the day i had had a chat with JohnJoeegan and Drew where they helped us out alot with our RP, at the time we were robbing people and after our chat with John we decided to stage a hostage situation in which we would trade 1 hostage hobo over to the police. Thats how the incident started, we were trying to get some good RPing going on. Anyway hopefully james has it recorded as you will hear my friend saying get in the car, i think james was a bit confused and assumed my friend was talking to him. I never once told james to get into a car, it wasnt my car, i didnt kidnap him. He got into an unlocked car on his own judgement, the car remained unlocked, the car was stopped and he was told to get out. the admins came to us.

Do you really think you got banned for kidnapping a CSO? Yes. Kidnapping a CSO is AGAINST the rules, but I'm pretty sure the admins banned you for something else. Something with disconnecting? Do you recall anything? Please come clean.

@Gregory will be able to tell you more as he issued the ban.

I believe it was YoDa and his friend who took a CSO against his will at gun point, and when me and Gregory stopped them to tell them what they did they decided to argue against the fact it was hostage taking. A ban was put in place on YoDa and he voluntarily disconnected when requested to- I hope this works in their favour!

edit; After reading what YoDa wrote on his appeal in detail- it could possibly have been a misunderstanding from mine and Gregs part.

We were told by admin that kidnapping a CSO was against the rules and after attempting to explain the situation we were told that they were not willing to argue - originally they were only going to ban me as when i told James to put his hands up they thought that i had told him to get in the car. They added conor to the list when he said that he was the one that said get in the car. From this i believe that James thought i was the person that said "get in the car" at this point we both ran to the car - me trying to flee the scene where endo had been shot, James thinking that i had taken him hostage. I believe this is where the misunderstanding comes to play, Conor shouted get in the car. I thought he meant me as a getaway, james thought he was a hostage. At no point did i say that he was a hostage, at no point did we plan on taking him hostage. The car was never locked. 

In terms of disconnecting after trying to resolve the issue to no avail the admin stood still for a while (i think they were on teamspeak discussing the matter with james) After that we were told that we were banned and had 10 seconds to leave the server. we tried to reason again and were told that they were not willing to discuss further and we should fill out an unban appeal, we were then given 10 seconds to leave again. This is when we disconnected as we were told to do so by the admin.

Jamz is recalling the right situation as i said when CSO James left the vehicle the 2 admins showed up telling us it was against server rules to kidnap a CSO. We spent about 10-20 mins trying to explain what was said here in our report which is the part where Jamz says "when me and Gregory stopped them to tell them what they did they decided to argue against the fact it was hostage taking." - As i stated before i think the issue was not to do with the admins doing their job wrong but i think CSO James misunderstood the situation he was in when he got in the car which then caused the Admin to miss-understand Me and my friends predicament. We did try to explain this however i do understand that CSO James is a police member and an admin is likely to take their side in the moment - when talking to the admin we never heard anything james said as he was talking in teamspeak so i have no idea on what CSO James was thinking in the situation, however i do commend his ability to RP and him going along with the situation either way. I only wish i had DXTORY so that this could be resolved.

Just to confirm, I asked you just to disconnect from the server. There was no 10 second warning from myself.

I do believe that this has been a misunderstanding as it was very confusing at the time... This is why unban appeals are very good as it allows people to explain their side without disrupting RP in game.

I would still like @Gregoryto say his part, but I'm positive this ban will be able to be revoked without it counting on your record if the reviewing staff member is happy with that

 I know it is against the rules to 'bump' ban appeals, however as jamz had agreed it is possibly all one big misunderstanding. Is there a chance to get this resolved asap as we both miss rp'ing on such a great server and want to get back to playing with friends
