Myself and a few mates of mine were quite bored one evening and one of us had come up with the idea to make a fake support case. The goal was to have a bit of a laugh with the lads in the channel and hopefully the staff members were to play along - obviously, it wasn't the expected outcome. I am 1.6'd in Teamspeak and 1.2'd in game, which I'm not too sure why I have two separate bans due to no discrimination. We all had no malicious intent and most of us are long-time players of the community. Ultimately, I believe we were banned for wasting staff member's time and trolling.
Why should we unban you ?
When the incident took place, we had no intent to cause upset or distress to anyone. Only to have a good time and hope that the staff members would play along. With this being said, I feel that this one incident doesn't define who I am, as though some may presume, and as some may know, I am able to have mature and serious role-play when the time for it is needed. This situation was only to fill some time and was seen only for comedic values. I should be un-banned because this doesn't portray the person I attempt to be in game and is completely unrelated to my roleplaying experience. If I were to be unbanned, I will definitely never attempt the same thing again, nor troll.
