I believe that I was banned because I used the word "nibba" in the side chat. I did not mean to use the word in an offensive way, and I'm sorry in case I offended anyone.

Why should we unban you ?
I'm sorry in case this is my second appeal I'm not trying to bump it but when I wrote my first appeal I didn't have an account and I was told by a staff member that I needed one. When I looked for my previous appeal on the forum I couldn't find it so please excuse me in case I was wrong. I would greatly appreciate being unbanned because of a few different points. First of all I really enjoy playing on your server. Although I have had the game only a short while 99% of my hours have been spent on your server. Secondly, I understand that the word 'nibba' definitely seems as if I was trying to avoid using the actual racist term but I can assure you that I did not mean it to be used in an offensive or derogatory way at all. In the context it was used I was just asking the side chat how I can catch turtles since I didn't know how to do so. The actual quote as far as I can remember was "ay I wanna get some turtle nibbas. where can I get a net" or something along those lines. If I were to be given the opportunity I would never think of doing something like that again. Another reason that I think you should unban me is that I really enjoy the roleplay and I follow all the rules. I really hope that you consider for me to be unbanned, it would mean a lot to me. Also, I used the word 'nibba' because it is widely used on the internet and is a meme. I know that's not an excuse, however I was not directing the word at anyone.

These kind of words are blacklisted for a reason, we dont want people using them as they are highly offensive. Now the word you said i just another "variant" of the actual word and as you did notice, You got banned for it.

I fully agree that what I did was wrong and that it is a variant of the actual word and I'm really sorry for using it. I believe that you have that rule in place to stop any kind of discrimination and racism going on in your server. This is completely understandable as it comes under bullying which I am completely opposed to. Another reason as to why you have this rule in place is so that people can feel safe inside your server without having to worry if there are any trolls with malicious intent that would try and make them feel bad in any way. If I were given the chance I would never do something like this again and it was completely unacceptable.

Firstly I will never use any variants of derogatory language or racial slurs of any kind in any way ever again and I deeply regret doing so, even if its not intended to offend someone it would still be unacceptable no matter the circumstances, not even for humour since racism is in no way a joke and I completely understand that. In all honesty, I don't ever want to end up on these ban forums again as its very embarrassing, so ill make sure to avoid this situation in the future by any means necessary. I pledge to read over all the rules again and follow each single one to its full extent, to be a more courteous member of the community, and to consider the potential repercussions of my actions before carrying them out.
