In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
for combat logging. leaving when in restrain with my team after waiting for about 20 mins for the cops to finish their job, which they didn't. they got busy with other attackers at the uranium processing site.

the cops went away and we didn't know if they were coming back or not.

Why should we unban you ?
it was not an act of retaliation or escaping the consequences or breaking character, it was too late at night we said we will deal with it and inform an admin about the case tomorrow but we were banned the day after. the cops killed us and took too long to drag our bodies, waited some after that, then restrained us, talked a bit without any role play or reading our rights... then shots were fired at them and they went away. we didn't know if they will come back or get killed, it was dark and we didn't know if they were dead or not. I was informed that I should inform an admin or a member in charge of the COMBAT LOG reason before we abort the game. and we are sorry for breaking the rules. I posted an unban appeal but I couldn't find it in the log it was the day after the ban, so here I am re submitting.

Well what you describe differs slightly from the staff member who banned you. You were detained by police after a firefight. By all accounts your attitude toward the police was awful, the police were then engaged by another group, you were placed into a van and driven outside of the firefight, after 2 minutes of waiting you logged out.

So if in the 10 minutes after your uranium run you'd want to get off the game, would it have not made sense not to go for another illegal run for which you may be arrested?

no we were never put in a van. I will look for a video evidence from my friends or see if I can find mine. and its a role play thing. I was saying ( the police are incompetent they don't protect the poor who do honest clean work and this is why we are in the illegal business and market now because we have no choice... bla bla bla. I thought its a good role play required and I didn't think that just sitting waiting was much of role play( at the time they were dragging my body and arresting me) 

but no we don't do 2 runs we usually get robbed and get a truck scrapped or destroyed or stolen. and that night we said lets do another run like that see how far we get but this time it wasn't a robbery it was the police. it was only 1 run and we just got as far as the process and got shot without warning or anything by the officers or maybe I was far from them that I couldn't hear. 

I can mention the rule we violated its the COMBAT LOG Ive read the rules the week before the week I got banned. its basically rage quitting or game closing to exit the game in hopes of saving items or money or detention and avoiding getting robbed. I think we also saw that the police scrapped our trucks but I'm not sure. anyway combat logging was not our intention. and after talking to staff support they told me what to do in future situations shall we be in similar situation and that is to ask the office or admin for permission to leave before leaving. 

I only found a photo of the last area we were at (no van or anything) this is us in detention... I think some of the writing on the bottom left also shows that the officer scrapped our hemit box. after this I don't know what happened the two officers went into those containers in the back to take cover and it was very dark and I increased brightness and gamma to take this photo to show the scenery and area. later after this we left.

the officer did not respond with any roleplay manner. just like to say that for the record

ive had other officers arrest me far more fun and replay style than this one they read me my rights, told me about the rules ive violated, why they pulled me over, what they suspect of me doing, etc.

I hope you learned your lesson in this incident. If you have to go for some apparent reason, notify staff in Teamspeak or use the ingame Admin Dispatch System. 

Also take a screenshot when you do, to be on the safe side. Dont let this happen again...
