I think I was banned because I said something bad to someone.
To be completely honest I do not remember at all. I just remember saying something and then logging off. Maybe I said something bad about the server, because I had just lost my gang house. I don't really remember.

Why should we unban you ?
I didn't know I can get banned for something as little as this. I know you can get banned for insulting someone and that kind of stuff, but I believe I really didn't say anything that bad to deserve a ban.

Replying to CC Aiden's message: "Everyone gets angry, I get that but most people vent their frustration outside of the game, what was to be gained by typing that in sidechat?"

At that moment I felt like just putting my thoughts in that one sentence and not taking it outside with me was a better option, now that I'm starting to remember more from the situation, I think I was about to go outside. Looking back, of course nothing was gained.

Okay, but you still haven't really answered, what was there to be gained from putting that in sidechat? Your complaint could have been better suited to a question for a staff member if not for the vulgar language used, or you could put up a suggestion based in your experience where someone could've explained, because you're right, rent probably isn't the right term, but the way you expressed yourself was in the most dramatised and frankly silly overreaction. Going forward do you think you're going to be able to remain calm?

Alright, saying it straight out the only thing there was to gain was being banned basically, in other words, nothing.

I am certain that I will be able to remain calm going forward. I will option a) not vent at all and just be chill b) vent to my friends about it in a private chat.

Well, yes and no. Explaining my situation to them is acceptable, but swearing/being angry at someone because I lost my gang base is not.

This could easily be prevented.
