Why should we unban you ?
I have been a member of this community for a long time, prier to the server change from AltisLife.co.uk to Roleplay.co.uk. I have done next to nothing wrong in the time i have been here. However I did something wrong and that is the reason for my ban. I admit to the fact that i metagamed (4.7) Using out of game communications to encourage other players to log on and sway the result of an event or roleplay situation is forbidden. Similarly, joining the server using metagamed information is forbidden. (Punishment is a ban). I am so very sorry for doing this and when I committed the offence I thought nothing of it. I apologise deeply for doing this and understand now that I have done something wrong, and therefor must receive this ban. However i do hope that you will be able to see past my mistake and see all the good i have done for the community. I love to roleplay, and this is the best roleplay server there is. I have had over 280 hours in the last month playing this server, I hope from this statistic you can see that i truly love playing it. It is a great community and i would be so upset if i was not able to be apart of it anymore. I understand the mistake that i have made, it was stupid and i acted childish and for that again i apologise. I would like to further my comment about this community and how it has affected me. I have made many friends from this community that i now talk to and have real friendship in and out of game. This community represents friendship and love for roleplay, i still hold those quality's, and even though I have made a mistake i want to learn from that, and show i can be a better member of the community. I have so many ideas about how i can add to the community, for example i'm currently trying to become an officer so i can have more roleplay situations.

At the end of the day, i understand i did something wrong and i completely understand the fact i broke the rules, and i will never do it again.

However...
I feel the way i have been is unfair, and i believe it was corrupt. We trusted the person that talked to CSI Aiden about what we did. Im not saying that I didn't do anything wrong, or that this means i should not have been banned. I'm simplying saying that i think it was unfair, and that i would love to be able to talk to CSI Aiden about that situation, as it there was a 'Roleplay' story behind it, i would love to be told about it. Also if it was in roleplay, how come the individual never tried to go anything in game to do with roleplay. The fact the individual has just joined out gang, just to get us banned... i feel there is something slightly wrong with that? Still, i do understand that i did something wrong, and take full responsibility for my action. I would love to be given a second chance as this is the first time i have been banned.

Right just to confirm some things. 

In your appeal you state that you would have liked to speak to Aiden regarding the situation. When this reported to myself and Aiden, I actually came to speak to your gang regarding these claims to sort it out. However when in there I was confronted with some anger by Cobra who then told me to go make a report. I as a staff member joined that room to sort it out and try to resolve it properly of my own back which I did not have to do. Yet I get spoken to like crap and therefore I state I am not going to waste my time anymore in here and left do make the report which we did. So your "gang" as a whole had the chance to resolve it, but it didn't go down that route for the above reason.

 Metagaming is using information given to you, outside of the game, to effect a roleplay situation.

The rule that I broke, was a form of metagaming, I was told to come onto the server to take part in a HM. I now understand this is metagaming as I used outside of game information causing an impact on the result of the HM.

I appoligise for that.

On the note that you say you felt like you where met with anger, if remember, I can and spoke to you on my own that day. I was the first person to talk to you, and I did my very best to be kind to you Robbie, in the end I left, after you couldn't help me, due to the fact you had online just come online and had no information to give. 

I felt we had a calm conversation, and there was no negative emotions from me. After are conversation I wrote my unban request and went offline. 

Again I would like to appoligise for breaking the rule, it was wrong and stupid.

You spend a lot of your time in your unban appeal to question the involvement of a Roleplay background "Just to get us banned". But did it never occure to you, that there was really odd things going on in your gang? Snake tests were obviously done as we have seen now, did you know about this? Have you done one yourself? There is a lot of things that came out in the light doing the last week, and I want you to explain what your experiences within the gang is.

I have never taken part in a snake test, to my knowledge there had never been a snake test. The only one I had ever heard is this one that the individual did. That is the truth, I didn't even know what a "snake test" was until that individual was banned for it. 

My time in the gang was great, a great group of guys, that care about this community and love the game and roleplay. I feel like the hole situation could of gone a lot better, it's such a shame that things ended the way they did. I would still be a very bad Arma 3 player if it was not for the gang and @GHOSTK1LL3R for giving me the opportunity. I thank him and the gang for trusting me. I never had a problem with him or the gang. Overall it was a great experience, and I have made friends and joined a family. 

I once again appoligise for breaking the (4.7) rule. I would really appreciate a second chance. As I have never been banned before.

On top of what Robbie said (with regards of coming to talk to your gang first) I'd like to add that the individual in question didn't bring forward the suspicion, nor the investigation into the events that transpired for which you were banned. It was highlighted to staff by a police officer you all logged off at roughly the same time, it was only once members of the team began to dig via the tools given to us as staff to find out to what extent the logging in, out, then in again was. It was only then that further evidence was requested. The individual did not join your gang for the purpose of you getting banned, you managed to do that to yourselves. 

There have been several successful appeals, this is not one of them.
