I was banned for not having a mic

Why should we unban you.
I do have a mic. When this happened I was just being stopped by the police. I wasn't able to speak for private reasons, actually I went afk too for this same reason. Then I came back later to find my character being drowned and just logged off. I do try my best to play on this server only when I'm able to speak, but the main point here probably was that yes, I indeed do have a mic. Also I happened to read the rules (which of course I have read before too, now just refreshed my memory) and I should have been kicked or warned before actually getting banned for not using a mic. And what comes to the idling, yeah okay that's my fault. But I can promise it won't happen again + I'm pretty sure all this happened in under 5min.
