some time ago i never initiated properly on a person which led to a ban. I didny read the rules properly and in this server's perspective what i done was considered RDM

Why should we unban you ?
i read the rules, and now a know how to avoid rdming. that was the only rule I broke which got me banned since i started playing here.

The lack of effort in your appeal is disapointing, this is your chance to prove to us you can follow the rules, less than 3 lines in total will not do this.

I robbed someone at a factory some time ago where i never initiated properly on him which led to a ban. I didny read the rules properly and in this server's perspective what i done was considered RDM. I thought I could shoot someone who pulls out a gun on me after I tell him to put his hands up. but I guess not

Do you think this is "considerably more effort"?

You were also warned by a member of staff 1 month before your ban, so this should have served as a wake up call to make sure you are familiar with our rules.

 
I did see the rules that time but not properly, I play on other rp servers and I thought what I done was completely fine until I was told otherwise, like I said I didn't intend to brake the rules but unfortunately I did by not reading the rules properly, though ive read them now so am sure it wont happen agian

 
And regarding the effort of 1 extra line? This doesn't fill us with a lot of confidence that you have put any effort into reading, following or understanding our rules.

 
Ive actually read rules though, don't know what else to say really apart from what I done was something that I will be avoiding in the future as I read rules clearly. I can expand on a question/matter if you want me to 

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

thas the rule I broke, I now fully understand when to shoot at someone in a rp situation. I see where I broke this servers rules and will avoid it in the future

I know why that rule is in place, to stop making the server like any other generic pvp server

The reason why we expect a lot of effort is because this is your chance to demonstrate to us that you can put the effort in to re-learning the rules. 

In the section "why should we unban you", I can see what is in it for you, but what would you bring to the server? Why should we give you a second chance (other than you promise that you wont do it again).

 
I think I should get a second chance as it was an unintentional rdm, I never understood the rules properly back then but I do now

 
Please come up with a story on how you will roleplay a robbery next time

 
first i'd come up to the victim and have a chat, if I see he has something worth stealing I'll let him know that it's a robbery and tell him to put his hands up, letting him know of the consequences if he does something else instead. i'd make sure he has enough time to comply, and give him clear warnings before firing if he doesn't comply

 
What other options do you have than killing someone if they dont comply with a robbery demands?

 
What about not shooting or robbing someone? Roleplay situations are there for enjoyment and you dont need to "win" every outcome to have some great roleplay.

Im still not convinced of your roleplay given you often only give one line answers to our questions.

Explain to us how you would (in significant detail, even roleplay it out on here) try and roleplay your way out of getting robbed when you have very valuable items on you or in your truck.

Give a break down of what you would say if the people robbing you were persistent and gave you a countdown to comply.

 
I didn't think countdowns were allowed on this server but ok.

I would stall them and say something like 'let me get my keys out my pocket'

in that time I would come up with a sympathetic story, if that doesn't work and the keep persisting, I would just comply because it wouldn't really be roleplay if I valued my cargo more than my life especially if theu sayin something like 'if you don't comply youll die

You fail to do significant detail gonna give you one more chance to place out a story on how you will do it.

in that time I would come up with a sympathetic story, like 'Im poor, etc.' or 'I need to take care of my hungry pet goat' or something else to try and put off the robbers from robbing me

if they keep persisting I would let them know 'my goat is very ill and needs medicine and I need the money to buy medicine etc

if that doesn't work i'll ask them why they are robbing me to try and start a proper conversation 

if that doesn't work and the keep persisting, I would just comply because it wouldn't really be roleplay if I valued my cargo more than my life especially if theu sayin something like 'if you don't comply youll die

it doesn't sound enthusiastic over text but its different via mic, and the goats just for examples sake but obviously it can be anything like a 'kid' or something else
