In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
So i was on patrol with PC mitch and we attend a robbery at a fuel station which when we arrive there is no one to be seen. Suddenly a blue hatchback sport pulls up with 4 men inside we drive off and they shoot at our car. we then request backup and lethals were initiated, from there we push up on the fuel station again from the hills and no one is seen, all of a sudden the fuel station about 1km away is being robbed and we get back in the police SUV and attend the newly robbed fuel station where i decamp the vehicle while mitch drives at front of the fuel station, at this point im behind the fuel station and told theres one guy inside and one hiding behind the wall with his gun out and because lethals were initiated and i was told anyone within the 1km area with a weapon out can be shot i got my taser out as he sees me i taser him through the brushes not sure if hes pulling out his weapon or not and restrain him, i then go behind the fuel station to find the other guy i was shot by one guy at front and he goes behind the other side of the fuel station so i rubbered him (i didn't think i had rubbers loaded so i shot way too many times thinking about it but i didn't think my aim would hit him since i was using a mk which is not a very accurate weapon, i thought i had lethals loaded.) At this point im shot dead by another player.
Why should we unban you ?
After my death Mitch was talking to me about what happened and asked me to explain and so i did and was told that i made a mistake and should have talked to the first guy before tasering him, i didn't have time to think during the act and do regret it now. This is my first mistake that i have made and i know i was in the wrong, this is my first ever RP server with a lot of rules in which i have to follow and being a PCSO with very little server time i am new to the system. I am willing to appoligise and talk about my actions i did not do it on purpose to troll or mess around.I have been on the police force for 1 week now and i am trying my hardest but when im told that lethals are authorised and anyone in a 1km area with a gun can be shot, i didnt think i had to talk to them first. I do believe i should be unbanned as it is my first mistake and i will now know for next time and it will never happen again. My last dispute was timed out as i was on holiday and had no way of communication otherwise i would have responded and answered any questions. One question which was asked was how can i prove that i have been through the rules and guides and my answer to that is that i have gone through the rules many times im not sure how i can prove that but i can say that i am dying for a 2nd chance every time i come home from school or wake up the first thing i do is check the forums hoping for a accepted response on my dispute, I am quite disappointed that i couldn't respond in time on my last dispute and hoping that will not interrupt with this, i did make sure on teamspeak with a staff member if there was another way to deal with the dispute other tan waiting 5 days and he said i could redo it right away as it was not denied and was only timed out, also because i was on holiday and couldn't respond.
