For causing arguments that really could have been solved easily and causing way to much commotion that should have been caused. Causing upset in the ALUK community.

1. "Thanks for the evidence buddy." I was telling him that a ban request will be made, I wasn't threatening at all.
2."It's people like me who do ban requests doing who keep this server alive." If that Report A Player Feature wasn't a thing then the server would be a hell of lot of work for the admins it's there to help them and that's all I was trying to do.
3. "Well guess what all that abuse might get you banned mate" . Once again I was implying that I will be doing a BR.
4. "Please leave, I don't care any more." I asked him several times to leave, of course after getting that much abuse I would be frustrated and there was no need for any of it. I wanted to see if he was a new player and he wasn't he could have easily joined in and said sorry and end of.

There's no actual evidence for a VDM ( That's why I didn't do a VDM ban request because he did explain that it was d-sync, I reported him for abuse...
6. The Video name "banGarrido" Was what i saved it as, it's short for BanRequestGarrido, Didn't really think this would matter but I guess it does now, I'm free to name my YouTube videos whatever I want, there's no denying that
7. This is a role-playing server, not a report playing server. I love role-play and I will report people if I feel like its a good reason to do it.
Right now I'm going on to my reasons why you should unban me.
8. By what the feedback that you gave me on the request to ban Garrido it didn't look like you watched both of the video's I linked there.
9. You have got to see the reason that I done a ban request...
10. I did quote this in the report a player "Dear Admin who responds, please do not close down this case instantly as I do want to go over a few points with Garrido. (That's if he responds) Because I didn't want to jump to conclusions... I have met Garrido in game and seen his RP and it is good... But it was just the abuse, I was angry at the time. I feel like we should have had more time to settle things and sort stuff out.
11. The only reason I asked him to come on ts is to check if he was a new player who didn't read the rules. I thought if my mate was on here for the first time and broken the rules and got banned how would he feel and how would his friends who was playing with him feel. I was only trying to help the server!
12. "He's obviously frustrated, but then he tries to resolve it." EG. Yes I stabbed that guy officer, but I was just frustrated... Officer: That's fine I'll let you go anyway.
I hope you take these notes into consideration and now understand the situation bit better. Yes, I know that admins have final decisions and honestly Admins do know best.
I really do hope you can redecide your choice against me and not just think I'm another hobo trying to troll.
I have been a member of this community for just over 1 month now, I've had so much fun and really don't want that to stop. I wait at school in the day and look forward to coming home and playing this. My mate recently brought a computer just to come and join us on ALUK and he is really exited to come and join us and this is going to be a killer to tell him if I get permanently banned. I was only trying to get an abuser banned. He was breaking rules so I ban requested him. I was only trying to help. In future I will make sure to think before doing ban requests and think if it's actually worth it. I'm sorry for the trouble I have caused and I don't like to make trouble but when some one is that abusive towards me I'm not just going to let them leave with a smile knowing nothings going to happen otherwise what's the point in the report a player button. This is written from my heart, I do love this server and it has became part of my weekly routine to come and play. I have learned so much about different people and so many people are kind. It's probably one of the most friendliest communities out there and I plead with all my heart for you to unban me.
I'm so sorry for the time I have wasted and I hope to be back on the server soon <3

In my eyes it looks like I have been banned for trying to help staff out as there was non online, I have seen admins say in chat before mind hoping on ts3 or read over this rule and I only wanted o check he wasn't a new player who doesn't know the rules as when I was thinking about my friend who's joining very soon and I would want people to other same for him if he was breaking rules as. But he wasn't a new player and he started absuing me very much, I think a lot of it was to impress his viewers on his life stream.
My mates Birthday was last Saturday and about a year ago he brought a whole new computer to come and play your server after seeing a live-streamer play it. Unfortunately my mates computer turned out to be a potato and he ordered a new one this Monday to come and join me and my good friend Joe. It will devastating to see him spend that much money for nothing.

While being banned I have read through the server rules a few times and I realize what role I played to get banned and I'm very sorry for it.
I'm always talking about how ALUK can be improved and yesterday I made my own gang for my IRL friends and my other mate from school @JTec11 And we sat at the computers at school doing Google slides discussing what we would name the ranks and what positional roles we would play in the gang.
My last ban was just over a month ago and I feel like my ban is unnecessary I just want to get along with everyone. Unfortunately some people you can't get on with people.
I'm not a troll I am known to the community as a good role-player, many people will miss me if I get banned and I will miss many people.
I'm not one of these people to come and troll and ruin people's day I'm the sort of person who takes my role-playing and I always will.
I was planning on starting to stream on Twitch as well and we was going to make a gang for the people who watched. This ban caught me really unexpectedly and messed up a lot of my plans for IRL friends who were going to come and join me.
I have brought several different players into Altis-Life and a few of them are really well known for there RP, I have a few more mates coming to join soon and really don't want to be left out ;(
I was only trying to help the admins because there was none of them online and for that I got banned.

Just told my mate who's ordered his PC and he's very angry and disappointed with me. I can guaranty that nothing like this will never happen again and I'm regretting causing all this commotion and upset.

- I've put lots of effort into this and unban appeal and it's just my way of saying sorry and showing how dedicated I am to the ALUK Server. But it's not only the server I will miss it's the people in it. I love everyone on the server and I don't care how many good or bad times we've had as long as you don't break any rules they will stay my friend.
- And if sorry does mean that much then boy am I sorry! I'm sorry, I really am!
- I plee for you to not keep me banned I would do anything to not get banned.
- Every guy deserves a another chance! Once again I was only trying to help.
