So it wasn't just you doing it, were just a sheep to the shepherd or were you the instigator?

and, why would you consider shouting to every single person on the server a bad thing?

It was a lot of people and I was trying to tell them to stop and I ended up talking in global on accident and it's bad because it's annoying and against policy
