In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because I was put in restraints then pc Matt died and I just ran off

Why should we unban you ?
I think I should be unbanned because at the time I was just being a idiot and I now feel stupid because I know the rules and I know better. Because of this I have taken four days to think about my wrong doing before putting up my report ( I know this doesn’t sound like a lot but when your immobile with a broken leg you think a lot because of boredom)

Of course I knew what I was doing and don’t even know why I did it because I wouldn’t have even benefitted from it because I was full hobo and could have easily paid the ticket.

Information about the day, I know there’s no excuses for breaking rules and rules are there to be followed which I like to believe I have up to this point. But basically a couple of days before the situation I broke my leg and I was left immobile just sat on my bed on my phone for like 3 days and was so bored, so when I was able to get up and play I think I was just seeking some action and drama and wasn’t really bothered with the whole get restrained wait ages and then get a ticket.

I know this isn’t the attitude and standard for the server but at the time that’s what I was thinking I’m not going to lie. The server/admins expect and deserves better and I know this because I’ve been with the community a long time and I don’t want one simple mistake to stop me roleplaying on the best role-play server there is at the moment.

Also this situation didn’t effect anyone’s role-play experience it was me being a idiot. (which is of course is the main focus) Because the officer died and the rebels wouldn’t have cared for me because I was full hobo, I’m not saying you can break rules if it doesn’t effect anyone I’m just saying it’s not that major and at the end of the day I deeply apologise for this situation.

Another reason why I think I should be unbanned as-well is the fact I bring funny and creative and funny role play to the community. Also I do my part for the hobos of Rpuk I try to help them with questions and sort them out with money directions and protection for a couple of hours so they get established and know what they are doing and know where to go.

At the end of the day I apologise and wont do it again.

Why should I even bother? You say this instance was caused by you "being an idiot" but what about all the other times?  You say that "You know the rules and know better" yet the above tell otherwise?

You say you knew what you were doing so why did you decide to do it then?  

You even state that your attitude isn't good for the server?

You say that you're funny and creative bringing good RP, yet again, you've been banned and warned multiple times?

I’m not going to make any excuses for the warnings and other bans. But I generally have changed I’ve recently turned 16 which doesn’t sound like a lot but it’s given me a major kick up the back side which has made me see that I need to mature to continue playing on this server. Also I have changed my playing group which has helped me I’ve become friends with a roleplaying gang instead of a *rebel gunfightgang*

Why should you bother with me, you should bother with me because I do care for this server shown by my effort in the unban appeal and this reply showing I’m thinking about my actions and trying to make it right. Also I have spent my entire arma “career” on this server with upwards of 900 hours and I don’t want my mistakes to stop me from playing I know I’ve done wrong a lot of times but Everyone deserves another chance to prove there not what everyone thinks they are.

Why did I decide to it I don’t know the only real reasons are when the cop initatied I didn’t actually hear so I thought he restrained me for no reason but later found out I didn’t have ear plugs in and there was a orca outside leading to this being my fault both times. I know its not right and 100% shouldn't have been done and I should have asked the cop what he said and put my hands back on my head and dealt with it after the situation.

I think with the fact I try to be funny and want to see funny things this gets the better of me sometimes leading to rule breaking just for a laugh I’ve kinda just realised this and won’t break rules or encourage for just a laugh and I’ll let it come naturally.

Of course I’m here to roleplay that’s why I’m here I think for a few weeks I think I got in the wrong mindset of just rob rob rob but at the end of the day I love roleplaying this is shown because I’m a medic at surgeon rank which takes some time to get to and some efficient/creative medic roleplay to achieve that rank also the fact I’ve been in multiple rp hms and multiple funny rp situations.

You say you deserve another chance but you've already had 8 chances here, most people get nowhere near this amount.

Frankly, my next question would be "How can we be sure as a staff team that this won't happen again?" but honestly, with your record, there isn't anything you can say that would alleviate my concerns.

Due to this, I have little choice.  Take this time to reflect, you say you've recently turned 16 and started to mature, ensure you don't waste this time just sitting playing games or trust me you'll regret it later on.
