Why should we unban you.
I honestly did not know it was against the rule. I read them, but did not remember that rule to be honest. I was simply trying to RP by struggling with the arrest as you would in real life if your a wanted person. I did not mean to break the rules, I enjoy your server and appreciate that your rules and judgments upon them are final. But as this is my first offence and in the grand sceme of things a minor one, I would appeal to your good nature to let me return to be able to play with my friends on the understanding that I understand this to be a serious RP server and the rules are there and should be respected at all times.

I refrained from sitting down, I always ended up in a standing position with my arms bound, as stated it was only to simulate RP not try to deceive the pice into getting confused as to weather or not I was under arrest or an innocent bystander.

 
Maybe your gang mate should have told you about this.. Checking all your gang members and their notes on the stats page:

Another member of your gang was also banned for metagaming and abusing behaviour to staff members.

I would advise you all to properly read the rules and maybe reconsider if a serious roleplay community is the thing for you. The fact someone in your gang got banned over 6 days ago and didn't even make sure the rest of his friends know the rules and don't get into trouble again, worries me.

That is true, but remember I don't spend much time on this game or on the PC at all as I explained I am a very busy person outside of all this. The people I play with are more online friends, met in game not the real world, from the moment I got banned, I haven't spoken to them as I have not been able to join them, as for captain he got banned about 10 seconds befor I did, I had no idea why, then I got banned. The choice is yours I respect that, but don't punish me because I don't talk to other clan memebers outside of the server, the idea is to role play be someone I want to be not to be me online, I go to the pub to be me and my social circles are separate. All I can say is that I don't want to have to go through this process again and I will re-read your rules and comply with them. I am at work atm don't think me rude I will leave it with you to decide my far from here thank you for time and honesty

Yes and I will re-read them on my next log in and will stress them to my fellow clan fellows in order to keep them at the forfront of our minds and actions while we are on your server.
