My friends forum account got banned and he can't make a new one so i am filling it in for him. Forum ban for having a gamble site in he's name. In game ban for Metagaming

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Forum ban: He's name was EasyWays (Gamble Site) He was gone for a couple of days, So he couldn't see the warnings on time. He will not make this mistake again and he promise that i he will watch out for what he's name is. Metagaming ban: He was AFK for a moment(Needed to go to the toilet) there was a gang mate near him to watch out that he doesnt get robbed or anything. A gang showed up and they talked to that gang mate he told them that Pan McTwinkletoes AFK was. This was the metagaming, the gang mate was new to roleplay. The gang shot Pan McTwinkletoes and left. Pan came back after 2-3 minutes and saw he got shot and asked who shot him and got on teamspeak to talk to the gang about what happend. After the talking he left Teamspeak and later got banned for Metagaming. I think Pan was misunderstood because i sad to him that the gang mate sad that Pan was AFK so pan told that on Teamspeak but they must have thought Pan was the metagamer so they banned him
Why should we unban you ?
Pan has read the rules because i told him so, If you unban him he will not be on Teamspeak again for a RDM,VDM or metagaming or every other rule that there is. And because they banned the wrong one i know that he will change. He has never bin in problems on any other server thats why he needs to be unbanned because Roleplay.co.uk is one of the non-modded server that is great at RP and has a large community
