In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: Spawning within 1000m of where i just died.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 5A) A new life starts, when

Your character has been killed by a cop
Your character has died in a RP situation.
Your character has been involved in an accident

5B) A new life does not start when

Your character has been the victim of a clear case of RDM/VDM
You disconnect (end of session)

5C) You are not allowed to seek revenge when you die!

5D) You are not allowed to return within 1000m of where you was killed within 15 minutes after you have been killed!

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: alright i was only just unbanned so i was going to do anything that would get me banned.

I had just spawned in KAVALA where i was going to the general store where i say a guy named 'Charlie' (in game name,please try contact him, i dont have him on steam) was killed infront of me with no roleplaying at all, i left the general store i was then run over by a hatchback and then shot in the head. So no roleplay at all.

I had then respawned in Kavala as i knew it was a case of RDM/VDM and in the rules it states "5B) A new life does not start when Your character has been the victim of a clear case of RDM/VDM"

Stupidly i did had shadow play on saving last 10 minutes but i cant get it to record anymore with windows 10.

I have written this within 10-15 mins of being band.

You were banned for breaking NLR, yes. I didn't catch the whole scenario that you were killed in, but I definitely heard someone say something about bounties, so there was some talking at least. Also, if you were RDMed, why not send an admin message? That is the least you should do if you are gonna break NLR. I even gave you some time to do it but nothing, you didnt mention in side that you felt RDMed and you didnt send an admin message.. I personally dont believe you were RDMed but it is ofc up to the admin who deals with this report to judge that. Good luck!

 
I was not involved in talking to anybody but i did hear Charlie saying about bounties(saying thats all he will achieve. ) and i didn't personally feel that it was my place to complain about Charlie death and when i died i ddint really care because i had nothing to loose as i had only just spawned when i died.

Also you cant assume that the guy who killed me was roleplaying with me, maybe with charlie but defo not me. :(

I hope that you can unban me though as i have played 65 hours of Arma all of which is probably in your servers in the last 2 weeks.

Well At the time I didn't think I had to message an admin as it was a clear case of rdm and I didn't even get the guys name who killed me.
