In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: Apparently, RDM i was driving down to telos gas station when i saw a car being robbed so i jumped out with my 2 gang members (JME) (ole) and we said to stop but he didnt and he just drove off, but my car was broken so i stopped a Yellow offroad coming by , and we asked for a repair kit but he carried on but, so we shot his tires and said get out he got out and we said hands up he did so, i got his repair kit and repaired my car but then this big box truck came zooming by and nearly VDM'ed my friend and we told him to stop but he carried on so, we went after him and he drove on purpose into the car garage, we pulled up and i said hands up he pointed his gun at me (threanting me) so i shot 3 times it killed him then a cop came rushing by tazed me and restrigned me, so i went on my coms and said get this guy (ole) (At this point JME was AFK i think) so i said stop or you get shot but then my friend (ole) shot warning shots and he stopped but then shot (ole) and took me into the cop station then i saw (Drew admin) and he looked at me and banned me. thats it

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Well, i have already been banned before and i stuck to the rules but this was completely not fair that i got banned so i guess its all up to you, i have tried but failed i guess.

To start off the situation at Athira garage just before I banned you should have nothing to do with the appeal. This was much earlier at the fuel station heading into Athira where I watched you gang shoot at a guy without any form of RP. You guys lost your tires and attempted to shoot at two yellow off-roads passing by again with no RP. Although your friend JME started shooting first you also got involved.

I can confirm this guy come to TS in a respectable manner who his friend did not, this gives me the reason that your gang was acting on behalf of his actions (JME) Unfortunately I seen you all shooting hence why I had banned.

As i said @Drew i have said my point of view and i cant do anything else so i will just wait for a high ranked admin?

Crumble this is because when restrigned theres a little secret headphone which you can communicate though also my friend did see my get restrigned and was already going to tell him to stop ?

Crumble im so sorry i ddint realise that was such a rule i just read all the rules again and learned a few new things, also i wasnt even in Teamspeak when this happend.

So in future when you are restrained there will be no "secret" headphone in your ear.

I have learned from my mistakes and reread the rules. @Crumble i have tried i went on Ts as Drew said in this forums i came on and resolved it with him in a friendly attutiude and explained what happend we both agreed on going on the forums and i have read the rules mulitply times since my ban (Sunday).
