I was banned for RDM because we had a SPC hostage and the guy no care for speed VDMED us and then i tell him to get out of the car witch then he tries to drive off and then i kill him and then i asked his friend to step out and he swears at me witch there was no need even if i never had a gun to his head but he continued to swearing so i killed him and then i was sitting in Teamspeak and then to get told that i got reported and then i message him on the forums through PM and he never replied and i have been on teamspeak for 9 hours 51 minutes 17 seconds and i never got messaged by him at any point. also i do admit i have made mistakes https://gyazo.com/28c5c3638c4569d53658f9652d3e8434 me messaging him on forums.

Why should we unban you.
I should be unbanned because in my eyes i have done nothing wrong to be banned but the rp was poor from me but i have been in the police for over 3 months and i made to the rank of SGT witch i felt pride in myself but this has hit me in the chest and i feel like my time on this sever has been for nothing but i would also like to add that any other report on a player that has not resolved it has been banned or the report has not been accepted with therefore i should be unbanned and next time i will not just shoot next time they try and drive away.

Number 1: It was not a VDM it was an accident, if you watch the video the police off-road you're in desyncs into them and they are driving on the correct side of the road.

Number 2: the passenger who is unarmed and confused was no threat and you could have role played it as a traffic accident. He was an unarmed passenger so why did you feel he deserved to die? can I shoot everyone for saying the derivative of the word "fuck" especially when  in a heated moment?

Number 3: Although he didn't resolve it, fact is I saw a blantant failure to roleplay and RDM situation. You being a former sergeant and a longtime player should know better. You pretty much ruined a players experience in anger who did nothing wrong in my opinion.

Firstly, Kieron. I am quite disappointed in seeing this as I have had to speak to you before about your initiations. I feel that this was very poor of you, and you could have done so much better... where was the roleplay?

Secondly, did anything come out of trying to resolve this situation with Nolsen as per this screenshot?:

Kieron, you literally gave 2 seconds before you sprayed down the vehicle of an unarmed man who wanted to roleplay... does this make you or The Increment as a group look good? I don't think so.

I really do not know what was running through my mind at the time I did this, it was bang out of order and I should know better after playing in the community for a long time. Not only have I let myself down, I have also let the gang as a whole down and it was simply out of order. No reply came from the private message, and although I really wished this could have been resolved via teamspeak, I completely understand why Nolsen was annoyed and did not wish to discuss this further due to the shocking RP I involved him in. I will ensure if I'm un-banned that my roleplay will significantly improve, as I do love to roleplay and I feel that I need to prove that I'm still a valid player of this community. Thank you, Kieron.

Well, it is good to atleast know that you tried to resolve it on your part.

Kieron, I would like to know that if something like this happened again in the future what would you do? How SHOULD this exact situation gone down, and how, if this happens again, will you ROLEPLAY differently?

 
I would firstly get out of the vehicle and apologise for causing the crash as I was driving on the incorrect side of the road, and was going way too fast whilst driving through the town. I would then check if they required medical assistance, in which case if they did I would patch them up with first aid kits. Finally I would offer to repair their car, after I had done so I would say my goodbyes and wish them a good day, and would get in to my vehicle and drive away

 
Kieron, I cannot let something like this slide easily... However, I am happy to remove your ban from the servers, under 1 condition.

You are to use NO guns for 1 week. During this time you are to play the role of ARAC, NHS (you will have to apply) or taxi driver ONLY. These roles are very roleplay based and are not done for a high income.

I believe this will get you put back on track for the roleplay community that this is.
