I am banned for VDM + Driving someone over.

Why should we unban you ?
I just want to compensate the 2 guys that died from the explosion. It was not my intention to VDM. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xgjRJqakWYc&feature=youtu.be in this video you can see what happened. As I drove away from the truck and car I was looking backwards while driving forwards not knowing that they were parked over there. I normally have shadowplay but at that time the stupid driver was not running as it was waiting to update. So I couldnt save a recording. But if you look closely in the video they made, you can see my head is turned sideways (to the left), wich is only possible if i was looking backwards.

As I said it was not my intention to crash so I really want to compensate those guys for the stuff they lost. I explained them I was looking backwards but they didnt believe me, wich I can understand because before the crash I ran one guy over like a hobo and I wear hobo clothing. This I did on purpose and was very bad behaviour from me! I should never drive someone over because this is not allowed. so this appeal is more about me asking if I can compensate them for the stuff they lost and some sorry money. What I learned from this is to look forward if I drive. But looking around me while driving was so in my system and it never went wrong like this (only some crashed into rocks). So I am really sorry about all this and I hope you can at least compensate them with my money. Next time if something like this happends I will also more actively contact the person and try to solve it before it goes this far.

That excuse may explain the last part where you were not "looking were you were going". However, that does not explain the first part of the video where you intentionally run them over? The excuse you give in the video " I was just parking" is not believable for 1 second.

How about you take some responsibility for you actions?

No I mean the apologize for both actions. As I said i drove him over and this was a verry bad action. Also like I said before  I want to compensate what they lost and give some sorry money. Not only for the crash but also for the running over. Next time I will think twice and come to the conclusion that it is a stupid, nooby, childisch, bad, forbidden and did I already mention stupid idea to do that. What I will change in the future is when I get annoyed just drive/walk away from the situation. As we speak I just cant belive I did that since Im not new to the server. If you could give me the names of both guys I will personally apologize because this never should have hapened! For now the only thing I can do is promise not to do it again, and I will give you myword on it!

Rule:

(2.1) [SIZE=medium]Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM)[/SIZE]

Meaning:

Dont use a vehicle as a weapon to kill (Driving people over, casing explosions, ramming, sling loading and causing explosions.) Ifrits, Hunters and Striders can be used to ram but only to dissable a vehicle (so those vehicles only can be used against the same vehicles but not if the inteention is to kill.)

Why is the rule there:

vehicles are verry unstable and not having this rule would result in unfair fights. Driving peoiple over is not allowed because you can abuse it to bring poeople in disadvantage. also f this rule wasnt there everyone would use driving over to troll, bring people in disadventage, or anoy them.

1: I would just drive away. If they follow me I would try to get some nice roleplay with. I would also think about this moment where I made a mistake and dont drive people over anyway
