Reason given for your ban.
3.3 Not using mic

The Server you initially were banned on.
Server 1

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Not using a mic while on the server. I know you need to use a mic on the server. Yesterday I had my gf sleeping so I tried to use my mic as less as possible. I was a taxi driver and was bringing people from A to B. And I asked them with my mic where they want to go and the price of the ride. I also typed some stuff in direct channel to those players in my car and was not answering all their questions. I think that is where it went wrong. I knew you need a mic on the server, but I used it in a way to only communicate just enough to taxi people around. I didnt know that was not allowed and want to apologize for communicating to little information and typing in direct channel.

Why should we unban you ?
I was aware of the rule and thought that by just using my mic to communicate just enough to taxi people around was good enough to play according to rule 3.3. I did not and also typed in direct channel and want to apologize for it. In the future I will use direct channel only to write out of roleplay ://....

From reading your conversation history breifly in our logging system, you do this quite frequently, or at least feel the need to constantly use OOC/ direct chat to type what could easily be said. I would suggest you set the correct microphone as default in both windows and steam and only play at times of the day where you are able to talk properly.

How can we actually trust that this won't happen again?

By the following:

Go to team speak to prove I have a mic. Also I wont play arma in bed since then there is the chance my gf goes sleeping. It is also a bad habbit form me to play arma so late anyway, so I am not going online anymore on late times since I have to work the next day. On the weekends I will move to the livingroom if I want to play arma 3. We have several computers so that wouldnt be a problem. If needed I can  go on ts every time I log on to show that I can use my mic. BUT, as I described I used my mic in combination with direct channel (to taxi people around, so no complex roleplay), and I didnt know that you cant use direct channel for any roleplay . As a big fan of the server and the fact I learned something from this, I will promise that I wont use direct channel for roleplay ever again! I hope this is enough for you to thrust me!

Judging from the fact you're in the NHS I'd love to assume that you do indeed have a mic but following procedure, can you jump onto TS and just speak to a staff member to confirm you do indeed have a working one at the moment, make sure that the staff member replies here to confirm it as well.

Make sure you stick to what you've said.  If you can't talk for whatever reason, just don't connect to the server!
