Why should we unban you ?
At the time I took the shots at police, I thought I had initiated enough role play to justify it. Now I understand that in a conflict I'm supposed to pay more attention in high quality role play instead of trying to simply "win" the situation by shooting first. I should be un-banned because I recognize the mistake I made and have learned from it. My attitude towards the importance of rules has also changed. I will be a better role-player from now on and by doing so I will make the gaming experience on the server more enjoyable for others and for me as well.

so what will prevent you from willing to win situations in the future? why now?

I now understand It's wrong and not allowed. From now on even in the heat of the moment I will be thinking of the consequences. I don't obviously want to be banned again. I can also trust that others won't do the same to me as it's against the rules. If I can trust that others will carry the same idea in mind, it's easier for me to keep it.

(2.2) Random Death match (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality role play, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

I should've made the situation more interesting. In my I broke this rule by shooting at another player without creating an interesting situation. The reason for me taking a shot in that situation was somewhat unclear for the opponet. 

I confirm that I now fully understand the rule 2.2 and I solemnly swear to obey it by heart.

I've also studied other rules during the days I've been banned.
