In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was in a situation at the diamond factory, I was robbing a guy when he proceeded to go "Hes a typical [redacted]" "Heas a [redacted]" "Typical fucking [redacted]" to my face which I felt very offended at, the police arrived at the scene and I passed them a note telling them exactly what the guy had said to me, which then auto banned me for racism as I used the words he used towards me to explain my self to the police in a message on direct communication to the police.

Why should we unban you ?
Because I am innocent and I was only reciting what had been said to me on the chat to the police so they understood the situation.

Its not a situation for the Roleplay Police... that is something you need to be reporting on the forums which i notice you still haven't done and should be done before even posting this.

This comes down to some common sense....What did you expect to happen typing that on the server?...

The reason I haven't reported the player is because I don't have any proof of him saying it, I was just reciting it to police on a "note"

Of course I understand why you have them in place, to stop offensive comments being thrown at people. I will prevent this next time by recording the situation and reporting it, rather than telling an officer what they said. I didn't know that there automated triggers were in place, once again, my apologies.

So you typed racist words in the chat and it autobanned you, then you didnt think better of typing them again in your appeal?

A 1.2 ban carries a 6 month appeal and must be appealed through the perm appeals section; there may have been some leniency to let you appeal this here however since you then retyped them in the appeal, I will be rejecting this because its clear you don't know where the boundaries are.

You are permitted to appeal this early (now) in the perm appeal section, albeit with absolutely no guarantee of success.
