In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I think I may have broke the New Life Rule (rule 5) 5D. I was in a gunfight with my gang against another gang and I was killed. I tabbed out the game for ten/fifteen minutes and spawned back in the same place (agios) a few minutes later, I was kicked and banned. I thought the fifteen minute cool down had passed so that I could spawn back in and I did. I must have been mistaken about the time frame and regret my poor decision of spawning back without appropriately working out how long I had been gone for.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I have only been on this server a short while but I have no previous reports or banns. Additionally I have had no reports/band on other life servers back in the Arma2 days. Also I do not tolerate cheaters (people who don't follow the rules) because I understand that the reason rules are there is to make the game/community better and more enjoyable for everyone and not just the person breaking the rules. I honestly did not mean to break any rules if I did, just my poor judgement took over at the time. I will not break any rules again if you give me a second chance.

I would like to point out I began spectating you after receiving admin requests to do with you breaking NLR. While spectating you I saw you get killed in Agios and respawn there within 1 minute.

Right OK... But I tabbed out and went on team speak. So I don't really know what to say, I've said what I remember happening and I made a mistake with rejoining so fast. (If possible can I speak to you on Team Speak to solve this problem more easily.)

So you are being dishonest here? Why should we let someone like you back on the server? All I want to see is honesty here so I can trust you if you are unbanned.

Sorry for being dishonest about the timings. At the time I did not read all the rules referring to NLR which has become apparent by means of me breaking them. This resulted in me spawning in without waiting the required time. When speaking to a member of your staff on team speak I was then informed of what rule I had broken. But by that point I had been kicked and latterly banned.

To regards of me being dishonest I do admit to that, but only about the timings, I did tab out to team speak but not for 15 minutes as I stated above. 

If you please care to listen to why I lied, it was because I felt that the rule I broke was minor (I am not stating that that is an excuses and any rule should be broken dependant on its worth), but the rule I broke (which at the time I was not apparent about) it did not have a significant or and/or minor impact on the RP/ game play.

Additionally when I reflected and was writing the ban appeal I felt that it would seem immature to not have read the rules pro actively before entering the server so I there for "stretched the truth" to make myself seem more educated, and that I wasn't in the wrong, and thus the blame would not be on me but the admins which is unfair to the admins due to the reason they are there is to make the community better and to make the user experience on the server better including myself. To which I am extremely sorry for doing so.
