In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for ramming my vehicle into an incomming vehicle on accident. I refused to pay him for the damage done saying "It was an accident. Accidents happen". It looks like i was waiting in the middle of the road waiting for vehicles to VDM but i was looking at a map. When i heard a vehicle approaching i quickly exited the map and tried to drive out of the road knowing i was parked in the middle of it.

Why should we unban you ?
Because it was an accident. I had gear on me that i didnt want to loose. In my defense it was also in the middle of the night IRL so i had delayed reactions. As soon as i saw him trying to dodge me i tried to brake so that he could dodge me. This did not go as planned since hatchbacks dont brake very fast. I am very active on the server so it would suck if i cant keep playing on it. I can pay for the damage done if that would help but in all honesty i see people crashing all the time. into trees and other vehicles. Accidents happen.

@Theodor do you have a video from your point of view? From this video its completly your fault. Why did you refuse to resolve it? 

 
No. i do not have any recorded footage from my side and i am aware that this was compleately my fault. However it was an accident. And i did not try to resolve it by giving him money because people have crashed into me many times where i lose items. Since this happens often without anything being resolved i thought it was normal to let accidents slide. That is what i ment when i said accidents happen. "why should i pay you when accidents like theese happens all the time?"

 
Does not look like an accident. Totally your fault so comp should have been given.

If in the same situation again what would you do differently?

 
And what would my motives be if i did this on purpose? i have been on this server for quite some time and i cant find any reason for me to do this on purpose. have you never looked at the map while driving? and i know i could have handled the situation better but keep in mind that it was around 4-5am so i was prettu mutch half asleep.

As for compensation i didnt think it was nesessary since it was simply an accident. if i knew it was this serious i would not have any problems paying for it. i have been fucked over many times without receiving any compensation so i didnt know thats how the server operates

You don't seem to understand, two different staff members have told you from a video it was your fault, why are you still defending what you did?

Admit it and work on how you can continue in the future, so, how do we know that you won't VDM or break any other rules again?

 
Like i said i know it was my fault. im just trying to say i did not do it on purpose. VDMing was never my motive. The work on it part i will be more careful on the roads and not park in the middle of it. i am laying myself flat here and i admit that it was fully my fault. its what i have been trying to say from the start. Feel free to take away my vehicles and to take my 500k away i just want back in because i have friends on this server.
