In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: The Clan that i'am affiliated with(TN) Were Attempting a hijacking of a vehicle(Ifrit) I was overwatch.
The Ifrit fired its defence mechanism and there was a lot of confusion and my colleagues were dropping like flies so I pushed down to the roadside to aid them,The smoke had cleared but I could still see movement on the road but was unclear was it the enemy but still believed they were in the area.
My weapon was up and as I moved to get a clear shot on the movement i could see through the tress, Once i came into view of a player i did not hesitate and opened up Killing a Unrelated player and not the enemies i was hunting..

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I have enjoyed The server immensely and have had terrific RP from being kidnapped by a google car to convincing the cops that our illegal weapons were infact Airsoft guns
It was a lapse of judgement which i ended up making a mistake, I'm a hesitant person when it comes to firing my weapon and i should have ignored the voices.,Giving me another chance will mean i can stick to what has served me well in the past.

Im sorry. I was gonna let this go but jesus. Since I'm the player you killed, i need to say this is a load of b*llcrap. When I first asked you in side why I was killed, you stated I was "bodyglitching", then that I was killed for "Picking things up". Now you could barely see me? Come on.

Also, there was no active firefight, I only approached when I saw the medics starting to land, and I was damn sure the ifrit left long before I got there. If even the medics thought all was clear, how can you think it is acceptable to kill an unarmed civilian just looking at a few bodies? Had i been running around when bullets were flying, then fine, it would have been my own fault. But there was no shots fired and a concentrated burst of bullets aimed directly at me is what killed me.

The reason Im typing this here, maybe a little aggressively, is because apparently your entire gang thinks that this was okay. That you can just shoot unarmed people at will because you had a firefight at the place a while ago. 

Anyway, it is not up to me to unban it is up to a real admin, I have given my side of the story here. Good luck!

You had a better view then i had you where on the road i was in the tree's / The medics were behind me i gave them the all clear to move in after the incident with yourself.
