In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
this was a long time ago, and all i can remember was shooting someone with an mxc or mx. It was one person that i shot.

Why should we unban you ?
this was a very long time ago and have understood how roleplay severs work, understanding all the rules and have been a apart of another server. But i would like to expand myself and try its rival RolePlay.co.uk , if i could get a second chance would love to see how your server works and how the community is as a hole. Theres not much i can really add but would love to play and interact and roleplay within this community. i have been apart of another roleplay server for a year and havent been banned for any ingame rules apart from and accidental VDM.

So, do you have a working microphone? I'd like you to connect to our teamspeak server and speak with a staff member to confirm that you do. Please show them this appeal and request they comment.

Can you also quote me the RDM rule and explain it in your own words please?

 
RDM RULE QUOTED: 

[SIZE=medium](2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]This rule is not applicable in the red zone.[/SIZE]

RDM - (Random Death Match)

RDM is called out when a player hasn't initiated a threat during roleplay and has ended up shooting that individual. 

Example of how not to RDM: "Put your hands up or be shot" - in this speech I have given them an order and have given them a threat, I am only able to give this threat if I have a weapon in my hands. If I do not have a weapon then this would be classed as FailRP. 

Initiating on a player is only allowed through direct voice, (NOT through side chat). doing so will not be classed as initiation. 

If you give a player a threat and they comply you and your gang are not initiated with the apposing gang, but the apposing gang can fire back upon a member of your gang or you in that area, (aslong as no failrp is present due to having a hostage).

i think I've explained a bit more than what you requested, I've learnt the way of roleplay on the servers and understand the rules, I have also read through the rules on this server also. 

Regarding your our request to meet you on teamspeak I would be more than happy to prove my microphone works on the weekend - due to me currently busy and away from home due to education.

I like the effort shown in your response, thank you. All I would say is that more interaction would be required, repeating the threat and saying things like 'Sorry but I have to buy medicine for my mum, PUT YOUR HANDS UP FELLA C'MON! It's for the greater good!' etc etc and it would be fine to shoot if they didn't comply!

It doesn't neccessarily have to be me that you speak to. It can be any staff member. On the ban note it states that your friend initiated via typing and you obviously didn't speak as you was shooting... So for my own conscience I want to ensure you have a microphone :)

Provided player has a working microphone and a Level 4+ staff member is available the player may be unbanned from the game servers ASAP.

 Fully understand and respect that, I must admit, didn't have a clue who gave me a gun, just some random who told me to sit on a tower and wait for someone to come.

Anyways like I said I've understood how the server(s) work Now and fluently understand the rules. Will connect to your teamspeak this weekend and educate myself with the channels and their locations. Not entirely sure who I'm looking for unless they have a certain tag, (or is it just 'Staff' as a tag)

@The DOG staff will have staff tags. At the top of our teamspeak there are staff help channels there, sit in the lobby and simply wait for assistance.
