In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I think i was banned due to me saying a bad word to a player during RP, I stated the word "Retard" Not knowing the rules at that time however i have now read through the rules and i would like another shot at the server and would like to try it properly. The player i swore to was named "Kattanna" I apologised to him and i hope he does accept my apology.

Why should we unban you ?
I think personally I should get un-banned as stated before i did not read the rules fully and now i have and i would like another chance to take this excellent server and amend my mistakes and play this server properly. I am deeply sorry for having my other ban appeal timed out i was busy with work etc ; I am sorry for my rude and unnecessary behaviour at that time i will now amend my actions and try to rectify what i have done wrong and not repeat it. I don't want to leave this server so soon and i want to give it a proper try this time following the rules fully and properly... I broke the rule stated as "Rule 1.3 Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and will be punished by a ban." I understand that i did swear at someone outside of role play and that is not tolerated, i also have little experience in this server and the rules back then were not really clear for me this is my first offence and will be my last

Though you may have little experience of this server and our rules, you've surely been outside before, do you really think that kind of language is appropriate anywhere?

No i do not think this language is appropriate please excuse me for my childish behaviour i was just in the heat of the moment it will not happen again

Why do you think this particular word (or any other form of discrimination) is not tolerated either in society, or within our community?

This word is not accepted anywhere due to the fact of it being an offensive term and people not taking it in a joking manner even though i should not joke about things like that, I deeply apologise for using this word. I also think that this type of discrimination is not supposed to be used anywhere.

As a staff team, how can we be sure that this won't happen again if you were to get unbanned?  Maybe another situation happens and you get heated and we have a similar situation?

I can promise to the staff team and to my self to not get carried away in a heated situation i will follow the rules and abide by them no matter what the situation. I can also risk a permanent ban to my account due to me being so confident of this not happening again.
