To whom it may concern. I admit and put my hands up to breaking my Roleplay for the first time yesterday, I was neglegent in reading the rules and now undersrtandably have payed the price. my role play was broken once I was shot because I had to leave the server for family reasons (being a first timer) I was unsure how to do so, so I asked kindly at first "how do i leave". getting no responce but infact constantly being sweared at left me fustrated because I didnt want to go against the game and task manager leave. With that.. the converstation escalated, by my fusration I tried to egg them on (guys I need to leave to the real world) in efforts they would finally let me go. to which I was, but later upon return with excitment to having a proper go.. I was banned.

please note: no foul language was used, nothing threatening, and no form of bullying was used.. I simply broke my RP with my phrase in brackets above.

Why should we unban you ?
Yesterday was my first time ever playing Roleplay and Arma3, so I am very new to how this all works. Respctfully I thought the punishment was harsh due to me being unaware of the rules..to which i also apologies that i should have read them before Joining. I now know this and have revised through each rule to make sure I play how the RP was intented. i understand exactly why i was banned and my deepest apologies to whom I upset, I promise not to break the rules again.

These are the rules I beleive I have broken. 

(3.1) You must remain in character at all times, unless a uniformed Admin authorises you to speak out of character. Roleplay everything. - I didnt remain in character and was neglegent in the rules of who to talk to and what I am allowed to say regarding the status of the player. I now know to remain in character as not only will it spoil my play but the other players as well who abide by the rules.

(3.5.1) When your communication devices have been taken from you by another player, you must not use external methods or group chat to communicate with anyone else. Only direct chat is to be used in this case. - respectfully this is one rule against me I didnt break.

I have read the rules, forums and responces from admin's - I hope this is satisfactory please ask me anything else & I shall recipicate with the respectable responce.

That is a lot of rules you have quoted there. Is there anything more to your story as what you have told us so far does not fit what you quoted from the rules?

Thank you for your responce, my mistake I added exta rules that I didn't commit. I have edited. 

(2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first). - My apologies, from now on even when in a tough situation no matter the excuse I will stay in the game. combat logging has been implemented for a Banning offence because as stated it is exploiting meaning making full use of and derive the benefit from other players. RP rules along with all others must be  abided otherwise this will have a negative affec on others.

I will recpect my punishment and wait until further notice

It is reassuring to see these type of responses from someone. However, it has only been a few days for such a large turn around in someone’s mind set. Why has this ban had such a large impact on you?

 
your responce is Understandable I shall wait patiently.

In regards to why this has had a large/fast impact on me, is because I realised it's not fun at all staring at a blank screen whilst my friends are off galavanting in the realms of RP. This made me realise my stubborness won't get me anywhere...afterall look where it has got me now. 

next time if allowed.. my approach will be play & enjoy, take part and comply with other players for there enjoyment too.

afterall this is what playing with like minded people is all about.

My plan upon return will be to partake in copper processing / selling...in efforts to save up for a truck and a gun licence as a civilian role.

You are going to come across many situations in Altis life that frustrate and annoy you as a player. Within RP, Altis can be a hostile and very unforgiving place. How will you deal with these frustrating situations should you be unbanned?

Also, can you confirm that you've now read, and fully understand all our rules?

Q1. A: If given the opportunity to partake in Atlis life again and I come accross a fustrating situation, I must remember to keep my cool. By doing so I will make sure to remind myself I am here for the enjoyment of myself and other players withing the game, meaning complying by the rules and sticking to my role. I know if broken I will be banned again and most likely not given a second chance that is something I am not willing to take lightly, it is clear that Admin/staff have also made that paramount.

Q2. A: I can confirm I have read through the rules, It is clear that Arma is based on a friendly community within a respected adult enviroment, it is expected by all members (I included) to show respect to one another for the betterment of not only the systematics of the game but also for the mental health of others (examples 1.1 to 1.9 is unforgivable), I state systematics in line within mentioned from 2-13. 

even though I wont be able to recite the rules word for word I hope you can find trust that I have took time out my days to review thoroughly of what is expect from me (mentioned above).

@taa15 I am satisfied with your answers and will now give you a chance to return to the server.

I hope you understand our rules are strict for a reason. I would be very disappointed if you betrayed my trust in unbanning you.
