Lock Picking in a Green Zone / Safe Zone, as not permitted.

Why should we unban you ?
No real defence on this, I stole a car and the end justification was righteous, fair play. I simply decided to pick it the car as it was only a matter of a few minutes away from Server Restart, Nothing heinous was done, but I accept that still breaks a key rule. I only wish to appeal this as I enjoy playing it understandably at level that is not accepted. I accept any decision on the matter but if possible would like to agreement on maybe a lesser ban, Maybe a 12 months ban or 8 months. I'm to sure what the current ban is maybe permanent.

As a member of the community I am not to attempt to lock pick or steal vehicles in a green or blue zone, If so this will be punishable by a ban

Yes, The bump wasn't intentional... I wasn't to sure if I had to directly quote the question that was asked in my answer, if it needed to notify the person asking. 

 
This is a fairly simple rule to follow, as was the previous NLR ban you received ... What is to tell us you are not just going to go out and do the same thing again?

 
I perfectly understand but why is there such a hostile approach here, I advised the bump was not intentional reasoning to hurry anyone, If I wanted to do that I would have made it much more apparent. I have accepted the punishment and explained my reasoning

This doesn't ask me to give a detailed explanation, So I gave a simple "Yes". At no point have I argued against this or anything you guys I have said, I may have questioned or tried to give explanation, If I wanted to argue I would of also made that apparent.

Yes I have broken rules but I have shown respect on your decisions and I understand that this dispute could of been closed. I have explained why and what I have done but yet I still get a hostile approach.

I am not talking about the bump... I am talking about Picklocking in the GZ and the previous NLR ban... 
If you cannot follow the simplest of rules on the server how will you cope with the more complicated rules?

Why do you specifically think I'm just talking about the bump, there is a lot of explanation in my comment. The question asked by  TomTheDoge was a simple question open to interpretation of any answer, at not point was any detailed explanation asked for that, So I provided the answer "Yes".

How can this not come across as belligerent. You could of SIMPLY asked me to give a more detailed explanation without the constant "..."

 
As a member of the staff team here, All I am doing is trying to find out why you thought it was acceptable to do something like this after you have been unbanned before for NLR. I apologise if you think that the ... was rude in anyway but it is only a habit I have to suggest a pause. I do not understand why you instantly think we are against you. We are just trying to get more information from you. 

 
Bud, I appreciate and respect what you need to do, I apologise if I have come across as brash and rude myself. My NLR was a mistake on my part, a lack of concentration on the rule and so was the lockpicking in GZ. If I explain it in such a way its basically kind of like a mentality of " I need to get this stuff back" or "I could take this" without considering the repercussions, as which you can already tell I'm not a very good role player but I'm a fan of the concept of the game.

All I can say is I have read the rules and will abide but that is the same as the last answer, it's difficult to trust, Maybe I much tougher questioning could be involved but thats up to you guys. If i'm honest GTA is probably a much more better fit for me. So if it is declined, I fully respect the choice in that matter

 
You we're unbanned on the 9th January and then two days after you we're banned again. Clearly you did not read the rules therefore this appeal will be Denied.

Perm ban issued. Appeal in 6 Months.
