I got banned for ramming a police helicopter, gladly it didn't explode. (VDM)

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Well, basically I got banned for ramming a chopper trying to get my buddy out of it, I know it's stupid and I take full responsibility for my mistake.
The rule that I broke was VDM.
VDM = Using a vehicle to run someone over/ram another vehicle, basically using a vehicle as a weapon.

Why should we unban you ?
I really enjoyed the server and the community, I've met some great RPers and had some great memories on this server, I would love to have them again.
I have learned my mistake and promise that it will not happen again.

Why did you not try to ROLEPLAY your friend out of police custody ? 
it is a ROLEPLAY server, not a driving simulator. 

 
 I really don't know, at that time my RP was a little bit rusty since I last played Arma 3 RP, it was just pure pressure.

I take full responsibility for my mistake and swear that I'm not going to do it again.

can you quote me the rule you broke and explain in your own  words?

 
I broke "(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions, ramming, etc)."

Basically, You're not allowed to run people over/Ram vehicles with the intent to cause an explosion.

 
I would try to RP my friend out of the situation.

If I failed I would wait for my friend to get out of the prison.

 
you seem to learned from this situation. 
it is also your first offence, And i hope it stays with this one offence.
