In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
From the video evidence you can clearly see I shot someone whilst they were down (VDM) but I will explain the issue further

Why should we unban you ?
From watching the video clip I can totally see why the ban was put in place, but was unseen was that our group of three was trying to dart away up the hill because we wanted to avoid the drama but we ended up taking shots randomly whilst we was running away! we was kitted out at the time and didn't fancy losing our gear so I naturally just turned round and shot back at who I believed was shooting at me. I did speak to one of the admins on the issue (james) and he could see where we was coming from. from my knowledge I ended up getting downed by PC B E A T Z straight away also without RP so the whole thing was kinda odd.

Sorry the first shots fired in that situation downed Salv, so could you explain to me how you thought he was the one who shot you?

This is me being deadly honest and I did straight after speak to an admin on the situation. But I had no idea who was hitting me because we initially had our backs turned trying to run back to our vehicle the whole thing seemed like a mess and I do apologise for how it turned out but I had no idea who was hitting me at the time and I didn't want to lose my gear.

(RDM) I committed murder without roleplay which is a massive part of this community and it was a sheer accident on my behalf and im more then happy to compensate or talk on TS to resolve the issue

I've been waiting for 2 weeks...? and i've been playing for nearly 2 years and this was an accident which I did state I would happily compensate for?

Not to be rude so don't take this the wrong way but  you have no idea how this played out so don't try and be smart with the banned comment... I have been on the server for 2 years and i've been committed and bought a lot of roleplay to this server and have gained alot of mates from this if it wasn't for all of us playing there wouldn't be a server for you to use your ban hammer.

Like we was under fire and we was running away so out of reaction I turned round and shot I didn't want to lose my gear and neither did my 2 friends...? And straight away I went and spoke to an admin and tried to see if I could resolve it :/ do what you feel but I think it's been a daft process having 4 different admins on this appeal etc and for it to drag on this long....

It seems as though for a player of such a long time you have no sense of perspective on how the staff team deal with appeals. If I had several hours and the inclination I could fully detail the appeals process for you, but as you already feel as though staff are wasting your time, I for one will not be spending anymore of my time dealing with you, and I'd expect nothing more from the rest of the staff team until you adjust your attitude.
