In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for "RDM" because i shot 2 police officers at the Weed gathering zone and later also at the weed processor i shot 2 police officers because they were chasing me. It turned out it was also RDM.

Why should we unban you ?
I know i RDM-ed 4 police officers and i am aware of that and i am really sorry because i did it. I love the server because i been playing on it for a long time and i don't want to be banned on it. I am apologizing to the 4 police officers that i RDM-ed and that i won't do it again. Next time i will talk to them and work the things out.

I mean, thank you for admitting to RDMing 4 Police Officers but that is not the reason why you were banned.

You got banned for "Combat Logging" - Do you recall anything like this happening? 

 
When i was playing the server that day, i was at the weed processor and like i said in a post before 2 police officers were chasing me and i wanted to protect myself from them and i killed them it turned out it was RDM like i already mentioned,later i was running away from the spot that i killed them and i got killed by a SPC police officer (i don't remember his name) and my PC just froze and crashed my Arma. Later i connected back to the server so i could tell that my PC froze and crashed my Arma but i got banned 1 minute later before i could say anything.

 
So you did "RDM" however You did not combat log? ...

I did RDM but i didn't combat log. If i got banned for "Combat Logging" my PC is to blame because it froze and crashed my Arma while the police officer shot me down. I don't know how the staff handles this kind of stuff but only that i can say is sorry for the RDM and that i won't do it again.

 
So how can we make sure you won't Combat Log again? Have you worked on your PC to stop it from freezing and crashing?

 
I figured out why it crashed. The main problem was my GPU. It only happend in Arma 3. When the GPU was overheated it froze my PC and crashed Arma. So 3 days ago i upgraded my cooling system so that won't be a problem no more.My GPU is a 1050 Ti 4GB the max temp for the GPU is 97C and i had 90-93C while playing Arma. Now i have 60-70C with no crashes. You can be sure that my PC won't freeze and crash my Arma 3 again.

 
Okay, we'll trust in you having fixed your computer problems and give you the benefit of the doubt.

Out of curiosity, can you quote and explain the RDM rules in your own words?

 
RDM - RDM means Random Death Match. Player (X) joins the server goes to a gun store and buys a gun and kills player (Y) without a RP reason.

That is RDM. If more examples of RDM needed i will write them.
