breaking rule 6.0.1 - You must not abuse the boundaries of any marked zone on the map. Using the boundary to troll/taunt or temporarily gain protection is forbidden.
I landed at the airport in my heli with a van slinged both full of uranium and proceeded to transport the uranium to the refinery in the van utilising the green zone as protection for my heli.

Why should we unban you ?
This was my first run with a newly purchased Huron. I was told in ts whilst I was refining that using the green zone like this was breaking the rules. I immediately stopped refining and left to go move the heli. As I left OG started to approach. I was not spoken to. I left my clan mate at the refinery and headed towards the airport. I tried to move heli and sling the van but I damaged the heli. An OG guy (I assume) approached and told me I was breaking the rules I ignored him and I asked his friend for a repair kit which he gave me. After repairing the heli I slinged the van and headed for the clan base. At this point Ive had enough all I wanted to do is return heli and van to the clan base and log off. I never had any intention of storing the uranium (I have a closer and more secure house which I could store at and our clan base is robbed daily) I broke the rules but unintentionally and deeply regret this. It was my first run and I'm still learning and I will not use the green zone for this purpose again.

You've been commended on your attitude when the admin was talking to you this time around but were criticised for your attitude towards your last ban where you gave the appearance of someone very nonchalant towards the idea of being banned. So what's changed for you over the course of the month? Why are you back here so soon after having fully read the rules according to your former appeal, it's not like there have been major changes to the zone rules this side of Christmas. Why did it take to being told for you to stop if you had fully read the rules as you have stated in your previous appeal?

With regards my attitude I had no reason to be salty I love playing on the server and think admins like Alfred do a great job. I had broken the rules and Alfred dealt with it as he felt he should. I broke the rule because I never interpreted the rule correctly, I have read the rules several times but because I was not physically gaining protection I assumed this to be fine. As stated in my appeal as soon as I was told in TS I was wrong I left and tried to rectify the issue without gaining anything. Unfortunately the all seeing eye was watching and I ended up here.  Playing on the server is a steep learning curve if the admin was else where, I would still have learned and not done it again with out the ban. Alfred only appeared as I was putting my heli away no one told me to stop I choose that course of action once I realised what I was doing was wrong. 

Id like the opportunity to get back on the server and carry on learning and improving, I'm not a poor role play thug I'm very active and about to apply for the NHS and/or maybe the police. The man who never made a mistake never made anything. This was a genuine mistake for which I apologise  I'm very sorry and hope you can see how sincere in my ramblings.

PS. On my first ban I never understood that it could be  resolved. I was not happy that the other party had broken rules and felt as if the staff member was trying to stop the others from getting a ban. As I was new to the server I never had an understanding of the whole process. I now know he was only trying to resolve the issue for both parties. Unfortunately I insisted on been punished for the offence hence the statement nonchalant towards the idea of being banned. Funnily enough that ban was on my first flight of my orca lol. Maybe I should stop buying helis.

I dare say that how you treated the admin at the time has helped a lot here.  Make sure that you don't let that good attitude slip back to how you were in the previous ban.
