I wasn't sure at first, since this episode was from a while ago... well not really but I'm rather new to the server, so everyday is a milestone for me. However, I looked through the logs and found out that it was from an episode I had with the police, at the weed processing "establishment". Where I logged out, after telling them that "someone is at my door give me one second" to only come back five minutes later and say that "I had to go".

In my own words, explain the rule that I broke.

The logging rule, is to prevent players from abusing roleplay scenarios, facing the justice that they deserve.

Why should we unban you ?

I was given a two-hour timeframe to expect the installation of my new dishwasher, current one is broken, or well doesn't quite fit with my new countertop and cutting it would be pointless since it was getting old anyways. (redoing my kitchen). They ended up showing up an hour early, and saying "no" wasn't really an option since this was not only far more important, but I'd have to pay 100 dollars if they did or didn't do anything since it was a base service payment. They came in and unloaded it, and began working... but quickly realized that my city requires permits that I hadn't known existed, as the sales representative failed to mention them... They then finished up a little prep that they were able to get out of the way, before leaving no more than 20 mintues later. I returned back on the server, and noticed that my truck had been impunded, thinking it was fair punishment (ticket per se[truck was 100k]) I then didn't seek retribution on my behalf, and ended up playing as normal. (That amount is a lot for me, for more than what was in the back was worth) I've also been caught there or in the field, on more than one occasion, everytime before and since, I cooperated with the police in hours of long roleplay scenarios that have even resulted in prison. This was a one off situation, and won't happen again... I hope you can understand, if you have any questions or concerns please feel to get into contact with me. Take your time, and have a great rest of your day, -Steven.

I"(2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained (Punishment is a ban, which may be permanent. *) *Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first). "

In my own words, the rule is to protect the crucial essence of roleplay, preventing players from avoiding uncomfortable or unfavorable situations. In other words, it keeps things interesting, regardless of who is the beneficiary, by creating interactive and engaging roleplay situations.

Can u quote the rule that you broke, And explain in your own words?

In my own words, explain the rule that I broke.

So if you know it so well why did you break the rules anyway?

I tried to cover all my bases in my appeal, would appreciate it if you gave it a read.

Take your time, and please feel free to get back to me at your soonest convenience.

I found the situation at hand to be more important than any potential roleplay scenario to come from it, as anyone in my position should've. I couldn't just tell them to go away, when I had been awaiting the appointment for a day or two. I believe my actions to have been rational?

I offered to provide evidence of the encounter, I no longer have a voicemail from my contractor (auto deleted after 2 weeks)... however I still have email correspondence with both him and his agency.

if you know they could arrive any moment, why do you decide to go on the server?
You never know what situation you will be involved.

The reality of the situation was both disorganized and chaotic, the delivery/installation was supposed to have happened the day prior, however, I wasn't able to answer the phone when they called to double check the time aswell as my availability, essential to make sure I'd be present to handle paperwork as it came up. To try and keep everything else on schedule, we arranged to have them come as early as possible the following day. With the way things ended up working out, for reasons unbenounced, they ended up showing up two hours early without the slightest bit of warning or mention.

The point is I wouldn't ever intentionally put myself into a similar situation on the server, I think I've demonstrated how much I value proper roleplay, and wouldn't do anything to purposely dismantle that. I hope you can recognize and sympathize this as an isolated incident.

If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask, take your time replying.

Regards, Steven
