The Server you initially were banned on.
Server 1

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Me and my friend were flying a heli, my friend flew over a guy standing infront of us with his plane. Then i don't know exactly what happend next on my friends side, but indeed you can call it trolling if you see the vid. We clearly know now we broke the following rule; (2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

This is hands down one of the best altis life servers i know, i would be very disappointed if i was banned permanently because i played alot on this server.
My apologies for the inconvenience. This will not happen again.

Why should we unban you ?
We clearly know what rule we broke now, we really enjoy playing on this server (one of the best out there).
Like i said i would be very upset if i was permanently banned.

If you clearly knew that you broke the VDM rule... why do it in the first place?   You said on the report that the person flying had a "lag spike".  That is not a "lag spike"

I wasn't even flying so how could i answer your question "why I did it" ??

Let me rephrase

You were both playing together, right?  If you knew that you were in a position that you could potentially VDM and were clearly trolling in a way, did you say anything to your friend?  Tell him to stop, make him aware of what might happen?  If not, why did you continue?

So you told him to not do it and yet he continued anyway correct? so you are putting this all on him?

Honestly it was the fault of both of us and i don't know how to further convince you that we won't do this again.

I guess we had a really bad day, and knowing we were rdm'd that same day it may be out of frustration too.

I can asure you this won't happen again.

So wait, if you get RDM'ed again are you going to do this again?

If not, what steps will you take to make sure this doesn't happen again.

This will definitely not happen again. I recently started recording every time i start arma. So next time if i get rdm'd or vdm'd i will try to solve it with the guy first and then take it to support.

I'm confused.

You say you told him to stop and not to do it, then you say "Honestly it was the fault of both of us"

If I'm in a vehicle and the guy I'm with looks like he's about to VDM and I tell him not to do it, then I wouldn't be thinking 'oh this was partly my fault'. I'd go straight to staff help and explain I had nothing to do with it.  I assume you have no video proof of you telling him not to do it?

I get the impression you were both dicking around and you were fully complicit in this.

So how about some honesty?

I just don't want to put this all on my friend, at the end of the day i didn't vdm anyone so yeah it's like you said i could go to staff and tell them i got nothing to do with it.

Okay, this is dragging on, and we're still no further forward.

I'm going to lock this appeal pending the outcome of your friends appeal in the hope he can give us more reliable information than you have.

Right.

Based on your own appeal, I'm not convinced that you didn't egg your friend on to do it. You came in here accepting you did wrong, you were both at fault, then suddenly shift blame and absolve yourself, but still manage to give mixed messages on whether your friend acted on his own.  A complete waste of staff time when you could quite simply have come in straight away and said you had nothing to do with it.

I get that you were trying to protect your friend, but there's no room for that in an unban appeal. Your lack of transparency has wasted a lot of staff time and mine personally, and for that reason, I'm denying your appeal.

You may appeal again in 4 weeks. During that time I suggest you mull the outcome over and approach your next appeal with complete honesty and transparency.

Appeal Denied.
