Date & Time you was banned:: A couple of months ago, cannot find the thread.
Admin that banned you (Check ban message when you connect to the servers): Vacatio
In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: For jumping out of an helicopter when i was restrained, and when my friend also did that his head hit the rotor and made the heli crash,
we both grabbed parachutes from their heli and thought we would be able to chute ourselves to our freedom...
didn't end up so well.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 3A) VDM - Vehicle Death Match Definition:
Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban)
Also "Changing names to evade" i did not know that i got reported for VDM so i didn't reallize that was for "Evasion"
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Because i have never been in any trouble before, i have read the rules and i can't find a point where you are not able to jump out of a vehicle while restrained, i can rp and say that i opened it with me feet or mouth? they didn't lock the vehicle.
Anyhow, i always roleplay and the reason why we were kidnapped was because we accidentally killed their member (Rp'ed) and then his friends witnessed it, we sang a song over his dead body and dropped our weapons to Aegis, and they were going to take us to prison, it was fun times and for some reason we became very "silly" and thought we could escape with chute hahah
3H) Restraining & Zipties
If you have been restrained or Ziptied you are no longer able to use any communication to contact your friends or gang members, This includes: group chat/teamspeak/skype or any other way of communication.
If your ban reason is "Forum Report - Date Here" then search the forums for your in-game name and that date and insert the URL below:
