Why should we unban you ?
I am relatively new to the server, only been playing for a few days and still getting to grips with the many rules in place. It was a silly mistake and I will be more careful in the future. I really enjoy the roleplaying and server, in fact so much that it is now my favourite server. I would like to continue to play and contribute so much more to the roleplaying community. I have now sat down with an extra large mug of tea and read all of the rules in detail. I appreciate the importance of the rules as without them the roleplaying on the server wouldnt be as high quality as it is. I have contributed to the roleplaying all ready, some examples are cooperating with the police, assisting other players on the server and even buying a defib to help a fallen player who's vehicle has exploded due to it glitching. Please accept my apology and my assurances that it wont happen again. Thank you

You say that it was a silly mistake - Did you mean to VDM at the time or was it a genuine accident?

If i'm been honest then yes it was intentional. The reason been was that the person who I ran over I believed had run me over earlier. I realise that I should have addressed the issue a different way with the player and didnt realise the seriousness of it which I do now. I realise it was a mistake to do what I did and how I dealt with it and have seen the error of my ways and can ensure you it wont happen again .

"(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using your vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming)"

Yes I fully understand them. Using vehiclea to ram / cause explosions / run people over is against the rules and will result in a ban. (With the exception of mraps or in the redzone). The reason for this rule is that VDM can spoil the roleplaying and if everybody went round doing this it would make the server a lawless and not a fun server to be in.

To clarify you cannot use vehicles that are not MRAPS to VDM in the red zone (MRPAS cannot be used on players)
