In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
i reviewed the avialable "evidence" the video doesnt show the encounter as i saw it at all. at the time of this incident i had only a few hours of gameplay in arma, I joined a group of people i met and they directed me to initiate a robbery at the gas station. a negotiator showed up and began to speak to me. He was shot by my fellow members who were posted outside. i was handcuffed by this negotiator prior to his death and i stood inside throughout most of the fire fight. After the dust settled there were two police officer left i believe, i was escorted out beside two of my crew mates. Another guy was there for sure, he wasnt a naked but he also wasnt geared he did something that allowed us to be free. I dont understand this part of it all because all i know is my hands were freed and my team mates got excited and told me to kill the negotiator which i promptly ran back inside and did. The whole even was total chaos and also was my first job with this group. I watched the video submitted and heard a police officer say restraint glitching without even seeing me drop my restraints. Now im sure there is alot of unfair glitch exploiting in this game but all i can say is i guarantee i didn't glitch anything. I am novice on this server and have trouble with the most basic of commands at this early stage. In most cases i would say whatever and move on, but i met alot of good people in server 1 and have had alot of fun and have ammased a bit of cash from mining and diamond trading. I dont want to come off as arrogant or rude but this decision feels unfair and a bit rash being that i know i didnt glitch and that there can be no proof of it because i didnt do it. There was absolutely another guy not part of our crew who stood behind us as we were cuffed at the car. No direction was given to me on ho to drop cuffs or glitch in any way. I only hope that you can review this decision and maybe welcome me back to my friends. If not then i respect your call and will refrain from joining any other of your servers to avoid this in the future. I had alot of good times in such a short span and tried following all rules while i was online. that is why compelled to appeal this ruling. thanks for the games dillon

i feel i should be unbanned
#1 because i didnt glitch to become unrestrained
#2 because i play rp at all times and try to become a colorfull citizen in your server
#3 i got the hots for og lezley
#4 i am in my mind a member who could be here longterm and add to the community here
#5 my firends play together now in my crew and it took alot for each of us to actually find a game we all enjoy for countless hours with all the crap available on steam
#6 i worked my butt off all weekend to become a multi millionaire without robbing a soul
#7 i love this server and i feel a bit sad because i have nothing fun to do after work now to blow off steam.
#8 i am a mature member who could be called on if needed in any capacity in game to help another.
#9 i have never been banned from anything, because i am a good player and dont try to exploit or grief people or programs.
#10 all i have is my word and i give it that i DID NOT CHEAT at all although i cant explain what happened i know i did nothing wrong except killing a cop.

Number 8 and 3 are very conflicting statements, I'm inclined to say you're actually the opposite of number 8. I'm also of the impression you're not taking this very seriously.

The evidence of you restraint glitching seems pretty clear to me, the handcuffs magically fall of and you and your friends start running around, do you feel this is realistic in any way?

Hello,i suppose it was less than realistic  my fellow friend soundlogic was also banned in the same incident he was able to explain it much better than I but there was no glitching going on here, no magic, and as far as maturity aren’t we all playing a game that is trying to mimic real life?  I am in fact mature and also not a cheater like I have been charged here.   We were lock picked I don’t know how else to prove it as this was pretty much my first few games of playing when this occurred. In the video provided a man steals your police car and then comes back on foot. You don’t show this happening because the remaining. Officer was out back behind the building but you can hear my friend speaking to this lockpicker saying to get us out. So as far as my comment about Lesley in a role play server is one not allowed to pretend to have an interest for another player?   Unfortunately I am limited to my defense because I was confused by the whole situation.  Thankyou for your reply I will be more than willing to answer any questions in the future. There was a whole conversation that took place with the last fallen officer that isn’t in the video it actually starts as the video cuts off. We were told to report to the pd after reset which we did and there was no one there to help us at that time.

 ps.   after some researching more today we found the video of the supposed lock picking event..  i apologize for my adamant statements that it wasn't a glitch after seeing this video i realized the lock picking was unsuccessful and also learned that if the arresting officer dies you become unhand cuffed.   this is something i didnt know and i am sorry for being wrong in defending what happened when i really didnt know the inner workings of it all.  From my view point i saw a man un locking my friend and assumed i was also released the second i was i ran inside and dispatched the down negotiator.  In the heat of the moment i got confused here is the video i saw after the fact//

2.4 no exploiting the game. No taking advantage of programs or actions that compromise the workings of the game as they were intended, Is the closest I could  get to this situation. Not knowing the workings of the game is no excuse to not properly role play in any situation. I don’t want to make excuses but I genuinely thought I was set free.  In future instance of an arrest followed by a handcuff release I will stay put with my hands up untill I can determine what has happened for sure.

Then i expect you to learn from this and do as you said. And if given the oppertunity educate your friend/s aswell on the matter. He does have to go through the appeal process.
