Sorry i missed your forum post. (in relation to your question - I hadn't seen the rules for your server directly, so i'm afraid that's my fault entirely.)

I didn't believe i did anything untoward, as spoken with Tampax in TS i explained the scenario. It was just telling a guy where we were from in direct voice chat who then said to type it as he couldn't hear. Shame as we were having a good game.

Hi,

I do apologise for not reading the rules. I jumped on your server for the first time on that day due to the server count. 

If you're also referring to my essential double post, i wasn't sure how else to re-raise this appeal? 

I have now gone through your rules, and whilst they are mostly in line with most AL servers i appreciate i did break the rule of advertising. I have verbally spoken with Tampax and explained that there was no malicious to the situation.  

I hope this is something that we can draw a line under and learn from.

Because i took the situation out of character, therefore i should have quoted what i had typed with // in direct chat //
