In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was tasered and when the police officer went to put the handcuffs on me, i glitched out from them (not intentional).

Why should we unban you ?
I'm quite new to Altis Life and it was not my intention to glitch out of the handcuffs as i have no knowledge on how to do this. I was tasered and a police officer came over to me and the next thing I was on my feet with my weapon in hand. I have never been banned on any other Arma Multiplayer mod or any multiplayer game. I did not attempt to glitch at all and if unbanned this sort of thing will not happen again.

Are you aware this is a serious server and restraints don't magically fall off?

In your own words what should you have done?

I am sorry I didn't realise at the time I had been restrained, I appreciate now after watching the evidence video that it did say I was restrained in the bottom left, in future if I get restrained, I will remain where I am until the police decide to move me even if I still have the ability to move.
