I believe he was the that joined the requesting staff help channel and started to spam loads of noise through his mic, I asked him to stop but I he continued to do it anyway so I issued a ban.

This was the day that there were a lot of trolls joining the requesting staff help channel that day (I had to ban five people). If it's true that it was due to his Mic being broken then I apologize.
